Hi! I just opened Figma, and the design file page is missing from the project. I didn't delete the files on the page, and they're not in the trash. Just a couple of hours ago, all the files were on the page. Now, instead of all the files, there's just an empty frame.

 

How to restore? If anything, I have a free plan.

Just to clarify, you're in the file browser and noticing that all your files are missing from your project — is that correct?

 

I checked on our end and saw that you have access to “Ekaterina's team,” and there are some FigJam and Figma Design files in that team.

Could you please double-check a few things with us?


If you are in the correct team and still not seeing the team files in your file browser, could you please share a screenshot of the full Figma window?

That will help us better understand what you’re seeing and how we can assist you more effectively.

I didn't switch accounts.

I always work through the desktop application.

Maybe you need to reset the page link for you?

It looks like you're able to open your Figma Design file, but the content on the canvas isn’t what you were expecting to see — is that correct?

If so, could you try opening the version history of the file to check whether a previous version includes the missing designs?

That's right. There were a lot of design ideas on this page, but now the frame is empty.

I checked the history, and the last changes were supposedly made on August 13, although I edited the design on this page throughout August and on September 2.

Clicking on the August 13th story displays a single empty frame (the screenshot shows). This cannot be right, there must be some kind of error.

Could Figma have deleted all the content on the page on its own? There was a lot of content on this page. Could it be because of the large amount of weight?
