I am having issues with my education account where my students’ verification fails. They have logged in to my education team and when presented with the verification notice, they fill out the brief form (as students have in past years) but it fails. They have all filled out the more comprehensive form, but it still appears to fail.

If there is a new way to set up my education account so students can get in without jumping through too many hoops, could you share it with me?

In any event, any advice you can give to help me out, I’d appreciate. The kids are excited to learn Figma and I’m excited to get them into it as well!

Since there are a few factors that could cause the verification to fail, and I can’t share account specifics here for privacy reasons, the best next step is to have your students reach out directly to education@figma.com. Our team can then take a closer look at their profiles and advise on next steps.
