I wanted to change my org e-mail, but even though I clicked on the confirmation button on my new e-mail within minutes it keeps telling me the link has either expired or malformed. Would appreciate the help!

Hi — I’m hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.I’m being charged $21.49 monthly by Figma, but I can’t locate an active subscription on any Figma account I’m currently able to access. I’ve checked the accounts/emails I’m aware of and don’t see any billing information or active plans.At this point, I’m not sure which account or email address the charge is associated with, and I don’t have a way to identify it on my end. I’m trying to figure out how to: Identify the billing account associated with this charge, and Cancel the subscription, since I’m no longer using it. I’d also appreciate guidance on whether any recent charges might be eligible for a refund.Thanks in advance — any help or direction would be appreciated.

Hello Figma Support Team,I am facing an urgent issue with my account.Since yesterday, I am continuously getting this error while trying to create a new file:“XHR for '/api/files/create' failed with status 429”Because of this, I am completely unable to create any new files in Figma (including Drafts). Hey there… I just encountered the issue with glass effect. I made a navigation bar with frame tool and added glass effect; while I design it has glass effect, but when I go to preview it just disappears. When I copy and paste the same frame onto design file instead of website it works how it should. Is it me ? Am I going crazy or its just Figma?work on design tabtotally disappears on preview

Hi Figma team, I need to gain access to my old projects from my previous job. Ive tried logging in with my old email address [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] but only some of my projects are showing. They were saved in another team either titled L33 or by my name but these options do not show when i log in. Please could someone advise on how to retrieve them as I am trying to make a portfolio and im very worried that ive lost my last 8 years of work!

My game is not loading and it is saying "A little help? I couldn't solve this one. Ask Figma to fix it, adjust the prompt, or restore an older system in chat." I don't have any "A.I. Tokens" though. Any thoughts?

Hi there,I have been working on a program draft for the past two years. It contains one page with the semester schedule since August 2024 and about 45 pages with the detailed daily lesson plans as a small Landingpage per each day.  Additionally, all my class grades are listed on one separate page, showing the grades since the start of school in 2024.I am now quite concerned, because this file is no longer visible in my Figma account. This is a serious issue for me, as it represents many hours of work that would be almost impossible to recreate.Could you please advise me on what I can do? I am currently using the Professional plan from March 19, 2025 to March 19, 2026.Earlier today, I accidentally added one extra annual full seat, thinking that it could be canceled immediately. Unfortunately, the invoice was finalized right away, and an additional charge of $37.87 is now scheduled for January 19, prorated for the remaining period.I do not intend to use this extra seat, and I would like to undo this action.Is it possible for the Figma support or backend/billing team to remove the added seat and prevent the upcoming charge from being processed?Please let me know if any additional information (workspace name, invoice ID, etc.) is required from my side.

Hello Figma Support Team, I am experiencing an issue where Figma crashes unexpectedly while I am working. At random moments, the app shows an error message saying “Something went wrong” with the reason listed as “crashed” (see screenshot). This happens during normal usage, without any specific action triggering it. Reloading sometimes helps, but the problem keeps occurring, which interrupts my work. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can fix it?If needed, I can provide additional details such as my operating system, browser/app version, or logs. Thank you for your time and support.  

I am the original creator and former admin of this file.After an Education plan issue, I lost admin rights and now see “admin approval required.”I can access the file but cannot edit it.Please restore my admin access or transfer ownership back to my account.[redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]

Why am I charged an extra $20 in one-time charges and credits on my bill? I only have two editorial desks; I should only be charged $40.  

Issues with Figma adding pixels to all sides or just some sides when an image is exported. This happens when exported as all file types, with the exception of SVG files. This issue creates a lot of unnecessary editing to the final product, especially when dealing with time sensitive projects.

I cannot access mail forwarding services so I absolutely cannot access my account from my desktop now (it’s asking for email verification which I cannot provide).  There are some files I’d like to retain so this is very important to me.

I’m seeing a consistent layout behavior that looks like a bug/limitation in Figma’s Grid + nested layout sizing.ProblemWhen a frame uses Grid layout, and a Grid row/cell contains a nested Auto Layout or another Grid, resizing the parent frame causes children inside that nested container to automatically switch from Width: Fill container to Fixed width. Figma shows a toast like: “Width set to Fixed for [Component A] and [Component B]”.

I have these 2 numeric variables, and I want to assign them to only variant things. Howwver I cannot find it in this “Variable Scope” dialog.I tried select all except the first one, the 2 variables don’t show up. But when I select the “Show in all supported properties” they showed up in the picker. The problem is: I DON’T WANT them to show in any other cases when any of my colleagues open pickers other than the one to apply variants.Is there any hidden checkbox to do this? Or did you miss bringing it out and put in this “Scope” dialog?
