 Hello, I want to ask why the side menu in figma blurs when I don't put my mouse on it.

Hello guys! I did some simple UI animations for icons in game menu. And when animation is running some elements are twitching by a few pixels, it looks really buggy. These are both the icons themselves and the frames in which they are located. You can see really clear this happens on photo and frame with bears. Please help, I’m tired of looking for a solution to this problem. Hello,I have a team member who is not able to interact on open sessions. This happens often and sometimes we are able to troubleshoot i.e open session on incognito. however, most of the time she is still unable to interact with the board. We also have send her multiple “can edit” invitations but when she accepts them is says she can only view. on my end I see her with editing capacity and don’t know what else to do. her name is [personal information redacted].How can i resolve this recurring issue? Control the state of each step (inactive, active, completed - where completed steps show a checkmark instead of a number). Toggle the visibility of optional text titles beneath each step indicator.The Challenge: Responsive Behavior with Auto LayoutWhere I'm struggling is making the entire stepper component responsive while preserving all the variant functionality. Does anybody know why am I getting a glitchy animation when I try to make an expandible menu? Like an accordion dropdown. When I want to animate a frame or a rectangle from the size A to size B, it works but with a visual glitch, and it’s more noticeable when using rounded corners. I made a basic animation, click the small rectangle, it expands, click again, it goes to the start size… there are 2 versions, one of them with rounded corners, one without them. Here is a screenshot of the glich when I play the animation. I would love to post a video but I can’t do that yet (I’m pretty new to the forums). I already have a solution to make the animation work like I want, but it’s more complicated in terms of structure of the component, and I really want to know if this is a bug or if I’m doing something wrong. Thank you all!

After the latest update I see a LOT of this! Not when opening files, but zooming in / out, moving components etc.

Hey all, Trying to figure out how I can nest components so my text does not realign when I hide an icon in the same component. I hide the icon using properties but it moves the label text to the left, I want that text to remain in line with the other labels. Any help would be appreciated thank you! 

In relation to the new vector editing functionality - it’s quite difficult to colour different sections of the same vector in. I’ve used a grid with cells to explain.So, for example, I want to colour in some of the grid’s cells. To do so, I first have to use the ‘Paint’ tool to clear the fill of each cell, and then reuse the ‘Paint’ tool to refill each cell. Only then will it let me select the specific cells individually.It’s frustrating that I can’t select the individual cells from the get go. Surely it should recognise each of these separate cells (each have an intact boundary) without having to use the Paint tool to trigger this recognition. Example grid with cells 

Sometimes when I switch from Design mode to Draw mode, the elements in Draw mode appear incorrectly—all the elements turn white and only become visible when I hover my cursor over them.Just like this pic.

I have the same parts of text (2 words) across different parts of text across different Figma frames (on the same page), and I want to make them in bold style.How can I do this?Maybe with any Figma plugin, like “Find and Replace”, but replace also style of the text.

My Figma files are getting slow, especially when working on projects with multiple pages, large images, and complex components. It lags while scrolling and editing.What I’ve tried:Reducing image sizes before uploading. Using fewer shadows and effects. When I upload an image to a Figma file, it looks blurry and doesn't load fully. What should I do?Figma link file -  

When you override even one small visual detail (like a fill color or shadow), Figma locks that style, and future changes to that property in the master component won’t reflect unless you reset it.So i made 200+ page design now what can do? din’t have time to go to the every component and reset that sand re write the text and all.I've created a design with over 200 pages, but now I'm unsure how to proceed. I don’t have the time to go into every component, reset each one, and rewrite the text and other overrides manually.This is a very big issue — it's extremely frustrating for me. Please resolve this or suggest a better way to manage updates without losing custom content.

The figma mirror feature is not working after the latest Figma releases. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, desktop Figma and mobile app are both up to date.I am using iPhone 15pro (iOs 18.4.1) and a Macbook air with M1 chip (Ventura 13.1.5)The mirroring only stopped when the new features were launched this week. Is anyone else having a similar issue and has found a way to resolve it? edit: i figured it out. Figma was automatically in the new “drawing” mode, hence nothing was mirrored.

I am Janagan and here is my figma account email [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and currently subscribed to professional plan. I added Tech Team ([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]) as collaborator which was in free plan. But in the next month, automatically Tech Team account was upgraded to professional plan without the approval from [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. And Tech Team did not request full seat yet it was automatically send full seat request and upgraded without any consent from Tech Team ([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]) or Janagan ([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]). I did not explicitly approve the prorated seat from Janagan([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]). 

Hi there! I have a Figma account associated with my ex-work email ID. I had access to it until a few days ago, but now when I try to log in it’s asking me to input an authentication code that is being sent to the email ID - which is no longer active since I no longer work with the company.I have 3 years worth of work stuff in there and would really like to regain access to my work. Is there a way to manually switch out email IDs associated with the Figma account so I can have access?Any leads would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yesterday I’ve made changes to the design in Figma. My other designer didn’t refresh the local file, and when she got back to the project today, she basically worked on her yesterday version of the project. This way she deleted all the changes that I’ve been implementing for a few hours. This shouldn’t happen. You should have some scripts to check if there’s a new version of the design, when somebody gets back to the project that is shared between many people.

New to figma, I just wanted to grab some wireframing libraries and rapid prototype some stuffbut nothing works.As you can see in the screenshot, they’re added to my team, added to my project, they don’t show up in the asset side bar even though i’m looking at “all libraries” so i cannot easily grab the components. Only the default 3 libraries show up in the sidebar.What am I doing wrong? this is beyond frustrating. Also the flow of “publishing” libraries from the community page makes no sense to begin with. I’m not publishing them, if anything I’m importing them. Why for such a popular product is this not more simple?  

Lately I’ll be looking in my right bar to change a property, and I keep scanning and can’t find it. Then I realize it’s hidden under a “Show more properties” button – aaargh! I’m guessing maybe you’ve done this to avoid the UI feeling overwhelming, but for intermediate and advanced users, it’s frustrating to have: 1) an extra click, and 2) an unpredictable/changing UI. (Not sure it’s actually beneficial for beginner users either.) So maybe there could be a setting to never show that? Or you use AI to detect if a user is novice? Or just kill the button for everyone? 👺

While making payment with Indian credit card, the final amount is showing as $0. I have tried 3 different cards and all showing the same. So I have not done the transaction.Please help here.

I’ve been experimenting with Figma sites and have encountered a strange problem where rectangles with a non-normal blend mode display properly in the preview while circles with a non-normal blend mode do not? I’m sure that the shape is not the root of the problem but it has been the constant in determining what works from what does not. Here’s the file:
