Hi @Nguyen Thi Nhat Linh , thanks for sharing your issue in the community!
This kind of issue is often resolved by clearing the app cache.
Here’s how you can do that on Windows:
- Close the Figma desktop app
- Open the Start menu, and paste in this, followed by enter:
%APPDATA%\Figma - In the window that opens, delete the
Desktop and DesktopProfile folders if they exist - Launch the desktop app again
If that doesn’t resolve it, try fully uninstalling the app using an app cleaner or similar tool, clear the cache again, and then reinstall the latest version from the Figma Desktop App downloads page.
If the issue continues after these steps, please reach out directly to our support team for further investigation by filling out this form: Submit a bug report
Please share the following in the form:
- A full screen recording leading to the issue
- Debug logs: Download Figma desktop app debug logs
- Network logs: Export network logs
Thank you!
LOL. user experience designers use this to build better designs with accessibility but figma has the worst accessibility to updates on its app its horrible and aggravating.
