When I open my designs in the preview to test the prototype, the icon on the button is slightly clipped. What is really odd, is when I hover over the button it fixes itself. Is this just a bug, am I doing something wrong? See attached images! All screen shots are from Presentation Mode. Thanks!---------Image 1: A button on resting more. Hello Figma Support Team,I hope you are doing well.I am writing regarding a refund for my Figma Professional subscription that was recently processed. The refund amount of USD 20 (PKR 5,532.2) was confirmed by your team, and I also received a notification stating that the refund had been initiated.However, at the time the refund was processed, my payment provider SadaPay was experiencing a nationwide technical outage in Pakistan. Due to this issue, incoming transactions were temporarily blocked for nearly 24 hours. As a result, the refunded amount was not credited to my account and was automatically reversed back to Figma.Once the technical issue was resolved, my SadaPay account became fully operational again, but the refund amount did not arrive since it had already been returned to the merchant.I have attached a screenshot as proof showing that the refund was initiated but not received.I kindly request you to please reprocess the refund or guide me on the next steps required from my

Hi. I made a project on Figma Make. It works well, but there is an issue with design. There is design difference between Make Preview and Published URL.This how project looks like on Preview and this is how it should be. And this is how it looks like on Published URL. Hey I was gone for vacation a month ago, and when I sign back, my draft files are gone.I’m using the free version, and I don’t have any other teams, just myself.When I click on Drafts, below is what I see, the “Untitled” file you see isn’t the draft file I was looking for, it was only created when I tried to find my previous files (as you can see, it was created about half hour ago). I also check the Trash tab, nothing is there. 

I don't know why but Figma Make just isn't working for me. Whenever i put in a prompt it just says "Something went wrong." I tried using different devices, different accounts, even different networks yet i still haven't found any clue to what might be the issue.

I changed my email from personal to work when I worked for the company. I want to change my email back from work to personal. It does not work because it has already been used. How do I switch back to the same personal email?

Hello Figma, I have been paying for a personal account while also having a personal account for years and wanted to delete the personal account as I simply can’t afford it. I was exporting files while I noticed that I had several seats under the same name. I accidentally deleted the whole of the account when I was only trying to delete one seat. I had originally created a single file which hosted a lot of previous design work I had accumulated over the years. I am hoping that, given it was done today, there is still a way to retrieve this file somehow. I would be very appreciative if I could get assistance with this as soon as possible.Thank you,Heike

Hello, I am reporting a critical issue where a specific personal file has completely disappeared from my account.1. File Name: 시어스랩 2. Last Accessed: I don't remember the exact date as it was some time ago.3. The Situation: This was a personal project file (Private), NOT a team project. I have NEVER deleted this file. It has disappeared spontaneously from my file list. I have already checked the 'Trash' and 'Deleted' folders, but the file is not there. I have checked all my folders, and searched by the file name, but there are no results. Other files that are even older than this one are still visible, but only this specific file, '시어스랩', is missing. Since this was my personal work and I never deleted it, I believe this is a system-side error. This file is extremely important to me. Please track this file in your server database and restore it to my account.Thank you.

After not resubscribing, My team is locked and the files in the projects are view only, even when I am the owner, this does not make scene, this technique is forcing me to resubscribe.How can I edit my files, after not resubscribing? 

Hi Figma team,I’m posting here because I believe there’s been a billing error on my account.I received a subscription renewal reminder on Dec 24 and cancelled my plan the same day (several days ago). My profile clearly shows that I’m on the Starter plan.However, a few minutes ago, I was charged $15 by Figma.I contacted Figma AI support, and it told me the charge is not refundable and advised me to post here instead. Since I cancelled before the renewal and my account is on Starter, this charge appears to be a mistake.Could someone from the Figma team please help look into this and reverse the charge?Thanks in advance.

Hello!Yesterday Figma (chrome browser) started to ask for connection to usefonts. But the blue button did not work and cancelbutton too.(unfortunately did not make a screenshot of message).  I have to reload page again and again but has the same error. Today I decided to try to clean cashe, but now I don't getfonts message, just empty page  and nothing loads. What should I do?

Hola, estoy intentando desbloquear mi estado de estudiante. Actualmente estudio en Platzi, una plataforma de cursos online con renombe. Anteriormente ya he tenido el plan educativo con ellos, y por ello conseguí el plan estudiane pero ahora el formulario me dice que debo contactar a un administrador. No veo si es posible renovar de esta forma, la opcion mas parecida es bootcam, ó progama en lina, figma no es bootcam pero si programa en lina, pero al acceder a esta opcion no veo como antes dejar poner la plataforma de Platzi y solo veo opciones bootcam pero no de programa en linea. El problema es que el formulario actual, al elegir la opción 'Bootcamp or Online Program', me indica que debo contactar a un administrador. Imagino que Platzi no gestiona las cuentas de sus estudiantes de forma centralizada, por lo que no existe ese administrador para validarme.En mi verificación anterior pude subir manualmente mi comprobante, pero ahora no veo esa opción. 

I’m wanting to flatten my image that uses a mask, into a single image, that I can then apply strokes to etc.  When I flatten tho, the lines go outside the image. I can’t seem to do a stroke on the masked image either though (cause 1. I want stroke outside and 2. it messes with the line colors too!) 

So mcp does’nt work langchain I was looking a way to use the mcp Iw as getting the access token from you oauth thing but still its giving me the issues on oauth flow client id and client secret are correct .I cannot even login with the simple login . Answer  my 2 questions Q1 How can I load mcp with langchain using mcp adapters Q2 why login flow is not working and will the access token will work with the mcp  on langchain?  

Figma application memory continues to increase,  when screen sharing on Google Meets. Causing Chrome and Figma to freeze/crash.

In my Figma Make project, this screen has been appearing since yesterday. Even when I restore an earlier version, it still looks the same.I’ve tried everything I can think of: refreshing the preview, refreshing the browser, switching browsers, and restoring multiple versions but nothing works.How can I fix this? 

On 29th Novemeber 2025, I bought a Pro Subscription for a Collab Seat on one account and cancelled on the same or if not next day it so that it wouldn’t renew a month later. Today, 29th December 2025 it has charged me again for more money for a “Full Seat” on a cancelled subscription with no prior warning that it was going to be charged.Alongside this, I am also still on a free plan which contradicts the payment totally. I’d like for the charge to be refunded due to me cancelling the subscription originally.
