I am writing to you because in my account (redacted by the moderato due to PII) it comes out that I am on education account and it comes out that I verify my status being already on education account.
If I don’t do it I can’t edit a group of figma but my account is already education and I don’t know what to do.

I checked on our end, and while your account is currently on an Education plan, your student verification isn’t active yet. That’s why you’re being asked to verify again and why editing is restricted right now.
To regain full editing access, you’ll need to complete the verification step, which is required to keep the Education plan active.
Figma partners with SheerID for education verification. Here’s how the process works:

Log in to Figma using the account you want to verify

If the account uses a personal email, update it to a school-issued email address first

The domain of your email address must match the domain of your school institution.

Go to the Education status application page: https://www.figma.com/education/apply

Select Higher Education as the institution type

Agree to the terms of service and click Submit

Complete the SheerID verification form with school and personal details
Once verification is successful, your Education access should be restored automatically. If you run into any issues during the SheerID process, please reach out directly to SheerID support team here as they can review your verification status more closely and help you move forward.
One last thing to note: Education access is granted for one year, and students and educators need to re-verify once it expires, even if they’re still enrolled or teaching.
