LanhuApp

Hello, I have two plugins that have been posted on the figma platform for several years. This morning, all users suddenly said that our plugins couldn't be found in the resource community. I hope your team can provide me with a specific explanation of the reasons for taking down these two plugins of mine. And apply to restore these two plugins to the figma platform. The following are the addresses of the two plugins I developed:

https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1000018270921149282/lanhu

https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1045276346404842107/lanhu

Hi @LanhuApp and everyone affected, thanks for sharing your concerns and explaining how this has impacted your workflows. We understand how disruptive this can be for both the plugin creator and the teams relying on it day to day.

After review, we’ve determined that the Lanhu plugin does not currently meet Figma’s Community Guidelines, which is why it was removed from the plugin directory.

To clarify, our team had previously reached out to flag this and shared notice of the intended removal. We’re now continuing the conversation directly with the Lanhu team on next steps and the changes required for the plugin to become compliant. Once those updates are made, the plugin can be resubmitted for review.

At this stage, we’re not able to share a timeline for restoration, as this depends on the required updates and the outcome of a new review.

Thanks again for taking the time to raise this here and for your patience as next steps are worked through.

Hi @LanhuApp, thanks for reaching out and flagging this! Celine from the Community support team, here.
I can see your ticket in our system, and I’ve made sure it’s been routed to the appropriate team for review. (For reference, your case number is #1686597).  I’ve also added a follow-up note with the details you shared here so they have full context.

The team will take a closer look at what happened with the plugins and follow up with you directly once they have more information to share. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!

Hello, we hope you can help us get the plugin back on the shelves as soon as possible. We didn't receive any notice when our plugin was taken down this time, which has caused a serious economic impact on our team

Hi @Celine_  ,I hope this message finds you well. I’m a long-time user of the two Lanhu plugins—specifically the "Lanhu" collaboration tool (https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1000018270921149282/lanhu) and its local deployment version (https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1045276346404842107/lanhu)—which have been essential to my team’s product design workflow for years.

This week, we were caught off guard when both plugins suddenly disappeared from the Figma Community, and we’ve since hit significant roadblocks in our daily work: our design-handoff process with developers has slowed down, and we’re struggling to manage project assets as seamlessly as before—something we relied on the Lanhu plugins to streamline.

I noticed from your earlier reply to the plugin developer (@LanhuApp) that their case (#1686586) has been routed to the appropriate team for review. As a user directly impacted by this disruption, I’m writing to kindly ask if there’s any way to accelerate the review and restoration process. Could you share if there’s a rough timeline we might expect, or if there’s additional information the team needs to move things forward?

These plugins have been a trusted part of our Figma workflow, and getting them back online would help our team get back to full efficiency. Thank you so much for your time and support—we really appreciate your help in resolving this.

Best regards!

Hi @Celine_ ,I am a UI designer, and I have been using the Lanhu plugin in Figma as a core part of my daily design and handoff workflow for many years. It plays a critical role in design annotation, asset delivery, and collaboration with developers, and has been deeply integrated into our established working process.

Recently, I noticed that the Lanhu plugin was suddenly removed from the Figma Community without any prior notice or explanation, which has left my team and me unable to continue using it. This unexpected change has directly disrupted our existing workflow, caused additional overhead in finding temporary alternatives, and significantly impacted our design delivery efficiency and project timelines.

For UI designers, workflow stability and delivery efficiency are extremely important. The Lanhu plugin is not just a convenience tool for us — it is a key part of our production workflow. Its sudden removal has created real and tangible disruptions to our day-to-day work and ongoing project deliveries.

I fully understand and respect Figma’s policies and review processes regarding plugins. However, I sincerely hope that the Figma team can provide clarification on the reason for the removal and, if possible, restore the Lanhu plugin to the Community as soon as possible, so that designers like myself can continue delivering work efficiently without further disruption.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to a prompt and clear resolution.

Best regards,

A UI Designer
