First let me say that I really love Figma and the speed at which it lets me create anything I can think of.  What I don’t like is the delays going from creation to launch.All of my DNS settings are correct and propagated.  Still waiting on SSL to be issued.  Every time I launch a site it’s the same thing….waiting days for the SSL.  Can we get an engineer to look into how SSL certs are created?  This should be a <1 minute process.

So in radian os there are 18 colors, it is a global design system, but if we had to make a variant for each color, lets say, for Front icon, flag, dot indicator, avatar, trail icon, cross, and so and so..there would be, 18colors * 3 sizes * 4 variants * 6 different badges = 1296 badgesI’ve seen in the figma keynote, that pulling just one instance will also pull all other in the component set, so should i make 1296 badges?or do the way i just did here, 3 bases, with each colored icons, avatars and more (the icon library & avatar library are all ready)does it also pull, the main components * base component ?(and i know the picture doesn’t sho

When editing a master component, using the UI pulldown menu (right sidebar inspector) to convert a Group to a Frame updates the layer display, but the underlying Plugin API node type incorrectly remains GROUP instead of changing to FRAME.The issue here is that there’s now a mismatch between the way the API can access this node type and the way it’s represented to humans in the display tree; Humans can’t visually verify that we’re looking at a false Frame (that’s really just a Group) unless they run dev console commands against the node type.Steps to reproduce: Create a Component Add random things to it, Group those items Select the Group Type this in the console: console.log(figma.currentPage.selection[0]?.type); ​​​​​​Note that it says “GROUP” Use the UI to switch in the sidebar to change it into a Frame Repeat the console command

My billing/reset date is April 9, but as of today my credits are still showing as empty.I’ve already submitted a support request but haven’t heard back yet. I am using a school account and made a whole project a year ago. When going back I seemingly have lost access to that file and cannot gain access since I “am not the file owner” but I created it all on this account that I am using. Is there any way to access it since I cannot find the file anywhere except for the tab I’ve kept open all this time looking for it?

Figma Credit scam. Earlier there were 86 credits. Then I gave prompt. Usage credit for said Prompts were 40. & then it shows 0 credit left. This is just a new way of scam.

Hi Figma support team, i am currently having issues receiving my verification link to open a company account in my name. I have contacted my IT support in my company about the issue, and it has been resolved that the problem is not from their end. This happens whether the gradient is applied directly to the frame or on a separate layer, as long as there's no solid fill behind it.  The attached Figma file includes four test frames. I’m experiencing an new issue with token search where results don’t seem to prioritize relevant matches, particularly when trying to find semantic tokens. Hi there! I’ve been loving the new annotations feature, but have been experiencing an issue with it over the past couple of days. When I’m looking through my designs and try to zoom in, all of the annotations disappear before I can get close enough to see what they’re attached to. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a series of buttons in my component which all use the same text style, in this case TextMedium/Medium. When I select the text layer, it suddenly changes to a thinner font visually, but the text style is set to the correct one.I now don’t want to select and inspect the other text layers of fear they will also change. Have tried restarting Figma and viewing the file in the browser instead of the desktop app, but it’s staying the same. Anyone found a solution to this issue?
