RHQ Marns

First to use the Figma agent. Just started the conversation, then it says, “something went wrong”. And it keeps showing when trying to re-enter the request.

Couple of things that are worth checking:

1. File access Make sure you have edit access to the file you're working in, view-only access can trigger this error when trying to use the agent.

2. Try refreshing and starting a new conversation If a previous message is still processing, sending another prompt can cause a conflict. A fresh browser tab or a full refresh can help clear the state.

3. Browser vs. desktop app If you're on the desktop app, it's worth trying in a browser to see if the behaviour changes.

Could you let me know which file you were working in when this happened, and whether you have edit access to it? That'll help us narrow this down.
 

Also, I can see you shared a Support ID from the in-product chat, but I wasn't able to find a ticket tied to your account. If you were browsing without being signed in when you submitted that, it may not have come through.
