Is there a way I can use an older version of Figma/reverse an update?

Maybe a stupid question but I thought I’d ask anyway. My mac doesn’t update past OS Monterey 12.7.6 and when I opened Figma today, I stupidly pressed the bright blue ‘update’ button, because of course I did. Now I can’t open Figma as it says it requires version 13.0 or later. Is there a way I can reverse the update, or am I doomed to using the web version until I get a new laptop?
