Hey everyone,This has been driving me (and apparently hundreds of others) crazy since 2021: there is STILL no native way to properly move or duplicate an entire page from one Figma file to another.Copy-paste or “Select All” destroys page background/grid/rulers, breaks prototypes, loses comments, turns library styles into local duplicates, and forgets locked/hidden layers. Duplicating the whole file then deleting pages is the only “workaround” — but it’s a nightmare with 50+ page files or design systems.I’m a fellow designer who’s fed up and seriously considering building a free Figma plugin called PagePort that would let you:Export any page (or batch multiple pages) with 100% fidelity (layers, auto-layout, constraints, page props, prototypes where possible) Import into any other open file in one click Choose Move (delete from source) or Copy Smart remapping for styles/variables/libraries + basic prototype reconnection Progress bar for large pagesWould this solve the problem for you? I am looking for assistance regarding an unexpected billing charge. I was certain that I had canceled my subscription, but I was recently charged for a product that I have not used.  The cancellation process is unnecessarily complex & misleading, making it difficult to successfully opt out. I thought I had completed all the steps for downgrade specific my plan to exit this & I may have missed a step or didnt see it , only to find out the system kept my billing active.I have already tried resolving this through standard channels. I got an error while opening the file Something went wrong...Our team is looking into it now. If refreshing the page doesn't work, check our status page for updates. My file is crashing instantly on load with an 'Out of memory: Soft OOM' error. It hits the WASM 2.3GB limit (high water mark is ~2319MB), so I cannot even open it to access the Version History and delete heavy assets. Could you please manually restore this file on your backend?

Hi Figma Support,I am unable to find several of my Figma/FigJam files that I previously created and used for my coursework. I shared them with my teachers for review, but the files belonged to my account.I have searched my workspace, checked all available projects and the Trash folder, but I cannot find them. When I open the old links, I receive the following message:“We couldn’t find that one. This file may have been deleted, moved, or made unavailable.”I am not sure what happened to these files and whether they were deleted, moved, or if there is another issue with my account.

I'm trying to simulate user flows like card balance checks, recharge, and transaction history, but keeping prototype data consistent across multiple screens is becoming a challenge. On June 30th we had  an AI credit balance of approximately 6128 credits.  On July 1, 2026, we received the new monthly credits 18k credits as expected, but lost the 6128 credits. Our balance now stands at 18k credits.  I don’t see that monthly credits are use it or lose it.  Please restore the missing 6128 credits.

A small usability improvement for the Motion timeline:When working on a longer animation, the floating timeline zoom controls can cover the frames underneath them.For example, my current animation is around 40 seconds long, and near the end of the timeline the zoom control box overlaps the remaining frames, making them harder to see and interact with. It becomes a little annoying when working precisely in that area.A few possible improvements:move the zoom controls outside the active timeline area make the control box collapsible allow it to auto-hide while editing add extra right-side timeline padding so frames can always scroll past the overlayIt’s a small issue, but fixing it would make longer timelines much more comfortable to work with.The controls should never hide the frames you’re trying to animate.

Hi, I keep getting this error whenever I try to make any changes to a figma make file. (id: 0ed0288b-f887-4098-85d8-daa95c9de5c4)I tried:Checking the network settings - all fine Cloning the make file Switching accounts and trying from there Testing on the application and browser Restarting the application and browserThe prompt goes through, and seemingly generates something and uses credits(I can see design changes, but not code changes), but fails to actually complete the request before throwing the error and deleting everything it attempted to make. Please help somehow, already lost 800 credits into the void and don’t want to keep trying.We are in a hurry and need to sort out this problem ASAP.Other make files work well.  

Hi everyone,I'm experimenting with Figma Make and trying to generate a chart with two overlayed line charts (e.g., rainfall and water level) that share the same x-axis.The challenge I'm running into is that the generated charts don't consistently align with the x-axis. Hello Figma Support, I upgraded my Figma account to use Figma AI, but I have not even completed my first project. My AI credits have already been exhausted, and I can no longer use AI features. The Admin Console says:“17 people used AI seat credits. To unblock them, add more credits.” However, I am the only person using this account/team. I believe this may be an error or incorrect AI credit usage. Could you please review my account and explain why my AI credits were consumed so quickly? Hi, the figma cursor used to be small and neat. In the past few days it has suddenly grown much bigger and it glitches in the middle of work switching back to the original smaller size, and growing again when moved or used for an action. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Figma Support,I'm experiencing an ongoing bug with the prototype view in the Figma desktop app that affects almost all of my files.**Issue:**When I try to open a prototype (via the Present button or prototype view), it does not open correctly. The prototype either opens the wrong frames, opens unrelated pages, or doesn't function as expected. **What I've already tried:**- Refreshing the editor (Cmd + R)- Closing and reopening the file- Clearing the Desktop App Cache- Duplicating filesNone of these solutions resolved the issue.

Everything was working absolutely fine yesterday, but when I started work today, I now have an issue where I can’t edit any of the text layers in my project.If I double click within the text to edit it, I get a ‘missing fonts’ popup where it asks me to relink the fonts. Hi everyone, we translate Figma designs using AI. We've tried both a home-made Dust plugin and AI agents (Claude / Cursor) that write back to Figma via the plugin API and MCP. Both hit the same limitation: when a text node has mixed styles (different weights, sizes or colours within the same node), replacing the text flattens everything to a single style.Is there a reliable way to preserve or restore mixed styles after replacing text content?Would love to hear if others have found a workaround, or if this is just a current API constraint.
