I am writing to request a billing adjustment.I had previously paid a Dev Mode seat ($15/mo) just now. But soon I decided to upgrade to a Full seat. After assigned myself to Full seat, I found myself with a $40 invoice for next month. I would like to: Cancel the redundant Dev seat and keep only one Full seat. Adjust the invoice so I am only charged the difference for the upgrade.

I opened Figma today, after a few weeks away, and it prompted me to log back into my account. After logging in, none of my files were in my drafts and all opened files in tabs were owned by another account with my name. Some of which loaded and I could duplicate them to my drafts, some of which asked me to request access.I’ve checked the trash and nothing’s in there.All of these files were in my account’s drafts originally. Would love some help figuring out what happened to all of these files that say someone with my name is the owner, but my account doesn’t own them.

I’m clicking the reset password link on the config website and entering my correct email.  I did not receive anything.  I’ve done this for a few days now.

When I try to generate a new prototype using Figma Make based off an existing Figma design, I receive an error “"Some images in your design are too large to upload. Try using smaller or fewer images." regardless of how small or large the Figma frame I am uploading is. I even tried uploading a frame with one single button, still got this error.

Every new project in Figma Make now asks me to to save a gitkeep file. I assume this is a bug? Since when should designers be responsible for managing these production-level files?

Hi,Our team has been creating multiple pages using Figma Make. However, we realized that all the pages are in separate files, and we can’t figure out how to connect them with Prototype mode.We want to: Combine several Make pages (Landing, Dashboard, Courses, etc.) into one Design file. Add Prototype links between the frames (e.g., from the Landing page to the Dashboard). Is there a way to convert or duplicate Make files into regular Figma Design files so that we can use the Prototype feature?

My Next.JS imports are not rendering

 Hello there, I’m facing issues with loading the preview of my Figma Make files eventhough I’ve done the Adjust your network settings steps by doing the proxy bypass step, but it still doesn’t work. Any other advice please?  

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with Figma Make. It seems like the autosave isn't working properly: every time I try to close the file, I get a warning saying that my changes are not saved, even though I've been working on it for a while.The biggest problem is that I’ve wasted all my AI credits repeating the same prompt dozens of times. I was trying to apply the same edit repeatedly because the changes simply wouldn't show up in the Prototype mode.Basically, I paid the "credit price" for the generation multiple times, but since the file failed to sync/save, I have nothing to show for it and now my quota is empty.Has anyone encountered this "save loop" or found a way to force a sync when Figma Make hangs? Also, is there a way to contact support for a credit refund in cases of technical glitches like this?Thanks for any help!

Hello,Any updates on the review for the plugin we want to publish “Properties & Variants Manager”?It is a plugin to handle changes in variants / peroperties name and values, very convenient for design system designers.A use case: A designer is publishing the design system, but didn't realize on some components she called an option for a property Size "Sm", but in other components "Small". Without the plugin, she has to manually check each component and update the property. After creating an asset in Figma Buzz, I export it to PDF. However, when the asset opens in Adobe Reader, the name of the asset matches the Figma name, which I use an internal naming scheme for.I don’t want to email an asset with an internal name that’ll be visible to customers.But, I can’t seem to discover how to avoid this without having to do a separate step post-export.So, QUESTION: is there a way to control the display title of the PDF export without having to change my internal naming convention?

I just published the library but I don’t have the option to export. After clicking publish, I went back into my assets tab and saw that the option to “publish” appears again...so I tried clicking on it but then the new window I have unchanged components (which is true) and the blue publish button is greyed out. Is this a bug of some sort? I tried closing out of Figma entirely a few times and that still didn’t work. Over in the Figma Make tab, it doesn’t acknowledge the library at all.(I’m not on an edu. account but a company account) Thank you!

When clicking on an element and trying to set the fill to a pattern, it’s not possible to select a source and use it as a pattern anymore. Issue is happening both in browser and desktop app (126.1.2).

It’s a smart idea and performs very well in my tests.Issue summaryWhen migrating components that previously relied on “Swap instance,” I have to add a wrapper frame around the existing instance to use a Slot. Then, every time I place that component, I end up deleting or replacing the inner instance to populate the slot. This breaks my expected workflow: I want to continue using the original instance as the default slot content so that when I instantiate the component I don’t need to manually remove the inner instance each time. Also, if I delete the instance that served as the swap source, the child components lose their contents (the previously swapped instances).What would be your recommendations for managing the migration from the old system to this new feature?

Help! I’m the first designer in the company for 2 years and the Figma files are all over the shop. I’m logged in as the finance woman, and have created my own work email. But how do I get access to the work files with my new Figma email?Also, and more importantly, all the files are now ‘locked’. They were editable on Friday. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

[FIGMA UI UPDATE INTERFERES WITH CUSTOMER DESIGNS]On-canvas video controls from a recent figma update overlays non-dismissible UI on top of our design surfaces in the design view. This is incorrectly making all of our design files look like we’ve injected video players everywhere all  because we use video loops as background layers to provide real-world context. This one update impacts thousands of pages and hundreds of files on my team alone and is causing confusion for the PMs, engineering partners and leadership when randomly we are showing work that now has a Play button and the world [ VIDEO ] all over our files and presentations.This needs to be reverted, or cause our design org alone hundreds of hours in lost productivity removing video fills and replacing them with static just to hide a UI that should NEVER been placed over your customers design surfaces.
