Missing Slides in Folder

The slide decks that I had organized in a folder have gone missing and are not in the trash. They were originally created when I had a free account, and when I upgraded to a Professional account in July I organized them in that folder. I just noticed that they are now gone, but I don’t know when that happened. How can I recover them?
