Hello,I am currently a college student at MassArt and have been experiencing ongoing issues with a “verification limit exceeded” message for some time now.I first contacted SheerID regarding this issue and received a generic response stating:“We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”After that, I contacted Figma and was informed that I would need to reach out to SheerID in order to have my verification attempts reset. I attempted to contact SheerID multiple additional times and offered to provide any documentation necessary. However, each time I received the same generic response stating that they were unable to process my verification request.At that point, I gave up and managed with the limited features for the remainder of last semester. I am in urgent need of support on our Figma account.  We need all users to be on annual accounts, but there is no way to remove the unused monthly accounts. I have tried the contact us help button and also emailing our Figma rep but have been getting no response for over a week now. Can you please help with this issue before out next bill comes out, as it will be drastically high compared to our actual usage.  Outcome - Monthly seats reduced to 0 All Editors covered by annual seats No auto-added monthly seats going forwardThanks!

We’ve built a large design library in our organization account that many internal teams use.Sometimes, we also work with external vendors (like agencies or freelancers) who need to use this library and get updates regularly. Because we’re a large corporation, it’s not practical to add them as paid seats just for a short project – the approval and payment process is too complex.What’s the best way right now to share a library with people outside the organization so they can actually use the components (not just view them)?Is exporting the library as a .fig file really the only option – even though that means they won’t get any future updates?Thanks!

Please contact support@figma.com to publish this plugin.”I believe this issue may be related to a recent change in my account details, but I’m unable to find any way to resolve or verify this on my end.

I used a published library for my figma make file.I did some work.I exported the design and pasted into Figma. But the components it supposedly used from the Design System / Library didn’t come across but pastes in just as figma elements.Is this correct?

Hello everyone, I have a doubt. In my brand palette file, I’d like to have a “Brand palette” and an “Infographic palette”, which would include much more shades. For the “Brand palette”, I created specific variables, but now I’m wondering if in the same file I can create also variables for the “Infographic palette”.Also, when using the library in other file, I’d like to be able to select the palette I wanna see between these two.Do you think it is possible or do I have to create two different libraries?Thank you!

Is there a way in Figma to adjust all the typography in a group of text elements at once, instead of having to select each element individually?(In the group are just text elements.)When I select the group with multiple text elements in same typo, the typo settings won’t be shown.When I select all text elements auf a group via cmd + shift / mark, same behaviour.Only in case I select elements which are not part of a group via cmd + shift or I select the text elements one by one with shift, I can adjust the typo settings. However, I would like to select a group of text elements and change them directly all together.

Dear Community, I have been exploring the possibilities of Figma Sites and I have encountered a big problem.I have made a Design System as I usually do, and made some page layout that work perfectly in Figma Design. But, when I add the library to Figma Sites and import af button with a “while hovering” and “while pressing” state, the buttons never goes back to the original state after hovering it. It a simple component with the 3 states of the button. Is there a fix for this? 

Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected charge of $105 that was applied to my account today.When I initially subscribed to Figma Pro, I was charged $5, and based on the information shown at the time, I understood this to be the full cost for my usage. I was not made aware of any additional charges, upgrades, seat additions, or higher recurring fees that would result in a $105 charge.I did not intentionally upgrade my plan, add extra seats, or authorize any additional billing beyond the $5 payment. At this moment, I also no longer need the Pro plan, and the charge was made today. I have not used any Pro features since the payment was processed.I kindly ask that you review my billing activity, clarify what triggered this charge, and issue a refund for the $105 if possible, as this was not an expected or intended payment.Thank you very much for your understanding and support. Hi Community, Ones i had created the skeleton loader and clicked on preview it dose animate. but when i use Lottie file plugin it only comes as a flat jpeg without any animation.

I am experiencing an issue with the Figma desktop application on Windows 11 Pro.Problem Description:When I launch the app, the main window appears completely gray. Only the home screen icon (house) and the "New design file" button (plus sign) are visible. The main interface with files and projects does not load.What I have tried: Completely reinstalling the Figma desktop app (downloaded the latest version from the official website). The issue persists after reinstallation. Important: The Figma web version in my browser works without any problems. Hello,  My figma sites preview is not showing the same design on the mobile frame. My text styles and elements is set up for mobile and desktop, and it’s working on the file, but the minute i press preview, for the mobile its messed up the positions and text alignment. For desktop, it works, but not mobile.  Please help!

Whenever I create an annotation on an image, the image edit bottom floating bar appears and if I write anything on the annotation containing the letter “Q”, Figma takes it as the shortcut for “Select area” and the annotation disappears. Help! Setup: Foundations library which contains all color variables (and currently 4 modes, 1 deleted mode (The Grape Brand)). The Foundations library is used in a Components library and several design files The Components library is also used in the same design files Issue When i’m in my Components file and select variable mode on page level it shows 5 modes (4 current and 1 old mode) and except for the default mode it shows exclamations marks behind all of them. When i’m in the Components file but select a layer and change the mode on layer level I see the 4 correct modes and no exclamation marks. If I open a design file which uses both the Components and Foundations library I get the 4 correct modes and no exclamation marks on both page and layer level. It’s not that big an issue that I cannot change the mode on page level for the Components library file but i’d rather have it resolved. Anyone have any idea what’s going on? Especially why the mode “The Grape Brand” is still showin

I have tried the instructions provided by Figma AI and the community and unable to remove a person that was an intern on my Figma account. In the admin settings there is no way to remove him as a view. When I click on his profile the option to remove from team does not appear. There is no toolbar to remove him either.  This is from 2 years ago. I guess I could contact him and ask him to remove himself from the account, but it seems there should be a way to do this as I am the account owner. 

Summary:When switching between variable modes in Figma (e.g., Balanced Endorsement, Light Endorsement, Full Endorsement), colours applied to components (e.g., buttons) do not update correctly. Some elements retain the wrong colour despite the linked colour updating correctly. Steps to Reproduce:Hard to say as this was working correctly until 22nd AugustExpected Behaviour:All component fills and text colours should update consistently to the values defined in the selected variable mode. Actual Behaviour: Some fills remain stuck on a previous mode Variables show as linked correctly in the right-hand panel, but the applied colour doesn’t match the mode In the component preview, some components display the wrong colours Impact: Prevents accurate visual QA across design tokens Causes visual inconsistency Dev’s are frustrated  Screenshots:  

Is it possible to connect to the Remote Figma MCP server from your own client? To be specific, could I build an Agentic system that connects to the Remote Figma server, takes in a link to the Figma design and generates the code for that design using the output from Figma's MCP toolset?

 Hello everyone Since the update for the Figma site came out, I've been wondering how to run a carousel, whether based on an image or text. The Figma site doesn't support on drag. What solutions have you been providing for this? I have prototyped many complex carousels where each slide change causes radical changes to the page, something that excites me a lot when browsing, now how do I bring this to the Figma website?
