I urgently need help recovering an important Figma file that was accidentally deleted. I also deleted it from the trash, and I’m hoping it may still be recoverable on your side.

Just to confirm, when you say it was deleted from trash, was it permanently deleted by taking the following steps?
If that’s the case, unfortunately permanently deleting a file will get rid of the file forever for everyone who has access to it. This action cannot be reversed.

I have deleted it from the trash by mistake
I’m really sorry this happened! Unfortunately, once a file has been permanently deleted from the trash, it’s removed for everyone with access and that action can’t be undone or restored on our end.
