Hey @Jhovie, thanks for reaching out! Here’s how you can and cancel your Professional plan:
Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
Click Admin.
Select the Settings tab.
In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.
After cancellation, your team will remain on the Professional plan until the end of the current billing period. Once that period ends, it will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan. You’ll still have access to Pro features until that date. Any seats added before the downgrade are prorated and included on the final invoice. Payments for Figma subscriptions are non-refundable. With that said, if for any reason you’re unhappy with Figma, please let us know. Contact us via the help widget inside of Figma, or submit a request through our contact form. Give us a detailed account of what happened and we’ll work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible.

This is disgusting. I was charged a month without my knowledge, and they didn't notify me beforehand. I've now cancelled all subsequent payments. I don't know if I can get the money back. Such a large company, yet they behave like robbers.

I canceled the subscription immediately after I got the notice from the bank, then I searched online, there are many negative posts, so I thought Figma would delay contacting me and probably won't cancel for me. But they emailed me after 5 hours and fixed it. Now, I still have a very positive opinion of this company.
