conexión MCP de Claude con Figma

Hola, equipo de soporte. Tengo un problema con la visualización de un diseño.

Hace poco usé la conexión MCP de Claude con Figma para generar unos slides. Todo quedó perfecto al momento de la creación, pero al volver a abrir el archivo ahora, los elementos aparecen "bugeados": las capas están presentes pero se ven totalmente en negro.

He intentado recargar la página y no se soluciona.

Thanks for sharing the details, I understand that after generating slides using the Claude MCP connection, everything looked correct initially, but when reopening the file, the layers are still there but appearing completely black.

I’d like to help narrow down what might be causing this. Could you help confirm a few things?

  • Does this happen across all MCP-generated files, or just a specific one?
  • Are you seeing the same behavior in both the browser and the desktop app?
  • If you zoom in/out or duplicate the frame, do the elements render normally again?

Since you’ve already tried reloading the page, one additional thing that can sometimes help is a hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R), which forces the browser to reload all assets from scratch.

You could also try:

  • Opening the file in a different browser (e.g. Chrome)
  • Duplicating the file to Drafts to see if the issue persists there
