Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with Figma Agent / Figma AI in design files and I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.I’m trying to use Figma Agent to analyze a website URL and help create visual ideas/illustrations for a website project. The prompt is not extremely complex anymore, but every attempt returns:“Something went wrong”with a UUID error ID.So far I received these error IDs:5a94dcf7-e741-4fdc-affb-945bde7af615 2e1e1446-5d05-450f-bfc6-e654aa148468 93aab9ee-acb2-44f5-beeb-097ce2f93e1dI checked the Figma status page and everything appears operational. I also tried both the browser version and the Figma desktop app, but the issue still happens.I contacted Figma Support but haven’t received a response yet.Has anyone else had the same “Something went wrong” UUID error with Figma Agent or Figma AI recently?Any help or confirmation would be appreciated. I’m currently using a verified Educational account on Figma, and I wanted to kindly request access to the new Figma Agent and AI features.I’m a UI/UX and Product Design student, and I spend a lot of time learning design systems, product thinking, and modern workflows inside Figma. After seeing the new AI updates, I’m really excited to explore how these tools can improve my learning process and help me grow as a designer.A lot of students like me are trying to stay updated with the future of design, and having access to Figma Agent would be incredibly valuable for learning, experimenting, and understanding AI-assisted workflows in real product design environments.I would really appreciate it if my educational account could be considered for access, even as part of a beta rollout.

Component structure:I have an Input component.Inside Input: Slots Label The Label component is inserted into the slot.The Input component has two variants: Default Disabled The Label component itself does not have a Disabled variant.The text color is changed directly inside the Input variants. In the Default variant, the label text uses the default text color. In the Disabled variant, the label text uses the disabled text color.  label componentinput componenttext colors When I insert a copy of the component as a child element and switch variants, everything works fine.But if I change the text first and then switch the variant to Disabled, the text color does not change.  I tried the same setup without using slots, and everything works correctly. The text color updates as expected.HELPPPP!!!!

Hi,I’m trying to change my personal account email to my company email, but I keep getting this message:“Cannot update email — … is already taken.”Im aware this company email is already connected to a Figma account that I signed up using Google login. I did reset the password for that account and tried changing it to a different spare email, but it still didn’t work. I kept getting the same “email is already taken” message. Since that account has no files or projects, I tried to delete it, but then I got this error:“An error occurred while attempting to delete your account.” So right now I’m stuck and can’t use my company email on my main Figma account.Can you please help me remove or free up the company email so I can change it on my main account?Thanks in advance!Mon

Hi, I had a figma subscription which expired on the 8th of May. I now only have the free account because I don't need a paid account at this time. I can't seem to access my old admin settings to find my last invoice which I need for a reimbursement. Can you help with this?

Found a bug on the Easing panel in Motion. When you resize the right side panel the content inside the easing panel “grows” with and the bezier is no longer editable as it disappear - check out the video for more context

I am writing to follow up on my previous email regarding the invoice amount and seat count discrepancy. I have not yet received a response from your team and would appreciate an update on this matter.  As mentioned in my earlier email, the invoice reflects 10 Full Seats and 4 Dev Seats, whereas our organization is currently using only 2 Full Seats. We requested a review of the seat allocation, billing calculation, and issuance of a corrected invoice based on actual usage. 

I was creating my new Figma account with my institutional email, but I made a mistake when typing the email; I forgot to include a “.” at the beginning. For this reason, the confirmation message will never reach me, since it is an account that does not exist.The problem starts when I try to create the account again, this time entering the email address correctly. It won't let me create it, and I suppose it's because the email address is almost identical. Therefore, I'm stuck in a loop. I need to create my account with that email address to do my university work, so I'd like to know if it's possible to delete the registration of that phantom email address… The ghost email to be deleted would be this one:[redacted PII - DJV 8/12/26] (The error in this email is that it is missing the . between the f and the s at the beginning)

I am using Microsoft Power Apps - Create Apps from Figma UI Kit in Figma, and I am having a problem editing the default text inside components. The issue is that whenever I insert any component, it shows default text such as Label, but I cannot change it to the text I need. I already tested this with different components, and the same thing happens with all of them: the text is visible, but I cannot edit it directly. I do have edit access to the file, because I can move objects and also create new elements without any problem. In the right sidebar under Design, I can see sections such as Position, Auto layout, Appearance, Layout grid, and Export, but I do not see a section called Properties or any editable field to change the text. I also checked whether anything was locked, and there are no locked layers or locked parent containers. When I select the text layer, I see msft_Label and also String-label, but I cannot find any editable field to modify that value. I tried editing the text

My smart animation shows in small preview window inside the board, but when I want to preview it in preview mode it is frozen. I also tried to download animation from community files and it is still frozen.I am attaching video and screenshot of my computer’s specs 

Dear Community Managers,Will Figma agent charge for the beta prompts after beta ends?Currently Figma’s agent is free in beta. However, when I hover over a chat it says something like “This prompt uses 0 AI credits while in beta. After beta, it will use 196 credits.”

The cursor/focus jumps to the Design field by default on any jira issues whose projects are Figma enabled.  

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with Figma AI / Make and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows of a solution.I can generate designs successfully using Figma AI, but I'm unable to copy or duplicate the generated designs into another file or edit them as I normally would. The usual copy and paste options either don't work or the generated content isn't transferable.I've already tried a few troubleshooting steps, including checking my permissions and looking through the available documentation, but I haven't found anything that explains why this is happening.Has anyone encountered this issue before?Is this a limitation of Figma AI / Make? Does it depend on the workspace plan or permissions? Is there a workaround that allows the generated designs to be copied, duplicated, or exported for further editing?Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!😊

We've been following the announcement of the new Nested Folders functionality in Figma and are very interested in enabling it for our organization as soon as possible. Would it be possible to grant us early access to the feature, or add our enterprise account to any available preview or rollout program? Beyond the general organizational benefits, we believe Nested Folders could also help address a challenge I have reported previously around maintaining a clean "production master" file structure. The additional hierarchy may provide a practical workaround, allowing us to better separate production-ready assets from work-in-progress content while keeping everything within a well-governed and scalable structure. We're keen to explore the feature and would be happy to provide feedback on our experience if that would be helpful. Please let us know if there's anything you need from our side. Thanks in advance for your support.

Hi there, I’m troubleshooting building a suite of evergreen ad campaign assets in Buzz. The only things that should ever need to change are the copy for my offer and the brand logo featured.As I poured over the assets from a prebuilt library, I’m noticing that some of the title copy (that will never need to be edited) has differentiated itself in the bulk edit spreadsheet, in spite of being identical to its siblings.  The right-hand column “flash offer” randoms should be living in the column to the left.It doesn’t look like there’s a way for me to brute-force this by pasting them into the proper column. What could I have done wrong to make them separate like this, and how can I avoid it as I try to build this suite for my team? There are quite a few assets with this issue and I’d like to fix it entirely rather than just hide both columns. 'enable local MPC server'  opened a pop up saying I was on a Starter plan.  I followed the link and bought a Professional Full Seat but the same pop up come up when I try 'enable local MPC server' 

I can receive emails for my student account just fine, but I can't find the verification email from Figma. I'm wondering how to fix this.

I opened a support ticket about a week ago and still haven't received any response — not even an acknowledgment.I'm trying to understand whether this is a typical wait time or if something went wrong with my request. I've checked my spam folder and confirmed nothing came through.Has anyone else experienced long delays with Figma support recently? Hi Figma Support Team,I’m writing to request a refund for the unexpected $108.54 USD charge on my account.I originally subscribed to the Professional plan and created a Team with a few collaborators for a school project. After finishing the project, I downgraded my Professional plan to Free/Starter plan before the renewal date, believing this would stop the subscription and prevent further charges.I later learned that the Team could still be billed based on the number of seats. I only invited the collaborators for our project and did not intend to keep the Team or continue paying for those seats.After discovering the charge, I immediately deleted the Team and contacted Figma Support. My ticket is #2054538. It has now been almost a week but I still haven’t received a response. I understand how the billing works now, so I’m simply hoping someone can check my ticket status and review my refund request.I’m a student, so $108.54 USD is a significant amount of money for me. Why can't I create a Figma account using my work email after deleted my account? I always get the message “Your request has failed.” but when i sign up with another mail, i can sign up. can you help me guys? it’s very important to me :( i don’t know the problem

Since August 3 my Libraries won’t update any more. Even creating a new one with just one component refuses to publish. I restarted Figma, reset the cache, tried publishing via the browser, nothing works. When clicking the publish button it says, “assembling components, styles and variables”, the modal closes, but nothing happens after that (normally I would see a progress bar and things get published).
