Where did all my Figma work go? I'm logging in like I'm new. But I've been here for over a year.

I am a UX/UI educator in higher ed. I have set up a team in Figma, so I can collaborate with my students. I am using a robust design system and token library with components that have variants for different states like active, hover, error etc. Our token library has theming for light and dark mode. I would describe our design system as robust and well made using best practices for a mid sized to large design system.I have exported the library for make and the library appears as an option when designing with Make. My issues is that the designs it creates do not resemble our design system. The text input components we use are similar to default Material 3 text fields. The designs created sometimes use a Material UI style but it uses outlined inputs or inputs with detached labels. The colors are sometimes close but it seems truly coincidental and not related to our actual token library.In fact after testing and prodding I see no difference in using our design system library and using no reference. Hi Figma Support Team,I’m reaching out because I’m genuinely disappointed with the reliability of Figma’s AI features. I’ve been using Figma consistently for the past three months, and around half the time I try to use the AI tools, the results are either incorrect or completely unusable.In many cases, the AI confirms that it has implemented the feature I requested, but instead it generates fake or irrelevant UIs, or it doesn’t implement the requested feature at all. This has slowed down my workflow significantly and has made it difficult to trust the tool for day‑to‑day design tasks.I chose Figma because of its reputation for quality and innovation, so it’s frustrating to experience this level of inconsistency. Hi figma,I’ve lost access to my old school’s student account [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], which I wish to have access to a few more files. I heard if I email the customer support, there might be a way to re-verify, or change my files around. I had try my best to find out a way to call for help but unfortunately I’ve ended up here taking public resources. Hopefully you guys can have a actual humane way to file ticket for these kind of issue instead of assigning an unsupportive AI bot to save the cost on customer support.Please let me know the next step

I added annual seats by mistake today, can i know if have any way i can remove the annual seat without extra billing, no people assigned for it. We have these two variations to support hover interactions. When the text is changed while using this component upon changing to the hover variant the underline text styling is not getting applied. Also, Figma stopped supporting changing the text styling on the linked text labels. This has become very painful for us in alot of our components text properties were linked to keep it the same across various variants but their styling were changing which now can’t happen.Is this a bug..? 

On February 9, 2026, I spent JP¥825 to subscribe to 1 Collab Monthly seat, but on March 9, I was charged JP¥5,775, which automatically upgraded to a Full seat and also automatically purchased One-time charges and credits. You should know that my usage last month was only 2400/3000. I am absolutely shocked—why did this happen? I want a refund.

Hello,I was just charged today for multiple seats and a renewal, totaling around $78, and I did not realize this would happen. I was only intending to use a collaboration seat and did not mean to upgrade to full seats by any means. Some team members requested access, but i never approved and they never used it and it seems this automatically created full seats and charges, which I did not notice at the time. I will not be using these seats at all. and i haven’t used them before. the charge has just happened and i really do need a refund i only use collab seat with only the benefits of it and i dont need more! 

I have created a site on Figma that is currently publised, and contains a customer info page to be completed by user. When submitted, the info is not automatically being received by me as they once were to my professional email address

When I click on the prototype button, two windows open. The first window remains blank, and the second window always starts at the beginning of the flow. Previously, it was possible to start from a specific screen within the flow. The loading time also seems slower. 

Strange behavior, I don't remember if it was already there or not, but it's causing me problems: in the browser version (latest Firefox 147.0.4 (aarch64) on mac osx 26.3), when I select a guide by clicking on it, I can no longer delete it by pressing the DELETE key. Instead, I first have to move it even just one pixel, and only then can I delete it.

According to the Tools and Prompts section of the docs, Figma MCP should now have generate_diagram and generate_figma_design tools available. However, I only see 10 tools show up. Notably, only tools for reading from Figma seem to be supported. I’m using Figma Desktop, so I’m really only interested in generate_diagram for now. Anyone seeing the same thing? How do I get these tools to appear.
