Hi everyone, I really need help with a serious issue.I used Figma on the same computer with two different accounts:– a personal account (used only in the browser)– a work account (used in the macOS desktop app)Recently something strange happened: the projects from my work account started showing up inside my personal account in the browser. My personal files — ones I’ve been working on for years — have completely disappeared. The trash is empty, and search finds nothing.Even when Figma shows the correct personal account in the browser, the content inside it still belongs to the work account. It looks as if the accounts somehow “merged” or the workspace data got overwritten.I’ve already checked the forum and tried all basic actions (clearing cache, different browsers, incognito mode, logging out of all devices, etc.). I am not able to rotate gradients when I add the swatches from the Variables, however if they are not linked to the variables there’s no issue.

Hello, our students on our BA programme have been trying to verify their accounts using the option with no email from the college provided (Vakalo Art & Design) and have unfortunately had no luck. Our college does NOT offer students with @vakalo.gr emails as the college professional emails are on Gmail business.There is no option to provide their official student IDs (those are provided), and at this point, they are locked out of their existing accounts, with all their portfolio work out of reach. We are currently at a stall in our academic year because more than 4 modules use Figma as their main tool, which is causing anxiety and frustration among our students.SheerID is really ignoring emails and tickets and have not been helpful. I have submitted plugin.My plugin adds functionality that doesn’t exist in Figma. There is already quite similar plugin. Approved.I don’t like few things in the similar, existing plugin and created my own plugin.I got  "does not align with our guidelines under the section business sense". I analyzed “business sense” section, provided my thought to each point. I fixed “probable issue” and submitted it again, not approved. I shared a video example, how my plugin works. You could not achieve it with any existing Figma functionality or any existing Figma plugins.The all that I got "does not align with our guidelines under the section business sense", which is useless. The guidelines say “If your plugin or widget has been rejected, we'll send you an email with our determination. You may submit your plugin or widget again for review after addressing any feedback.”. But support answer is not a determination and is not a feedback that could be used.

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with Figma Web related to the font installer. I’ve tried reinstalling it several times, and although I get a “success” message, the fonts still don’t show up in Figma.My MacBook was recently updated to macOS Tahoe 26.1, and this issue started right after the update. The fonts work normally in the desktop app, but I really don’t like using the desktop version — I prefer Figma Web, which is essential for my workflow.I’d like to request assistance to fix this issue or understand how to restore normal functionality with the installed fonts on Figma Web.Thank you in advance!

When ever I submit or stop an on going prompt the following things happen- Navigates to homepage- Refreshes the homepage and starts like a fresh start, fetching details from database and rendering for each prompt- Thought this as a code issue and tried fixing it, but is didn't succeed fully.- AI provided solutions like collecting pages of the current session and once I enter the prompt it stayed in that page. It stores current page and assigns that page after prompt submit. But it went to the top of the page and refreshes the page. Solutions tried:- Made a copy of the project- Used different browser- Tried in a different project- Restarted the browser and the device too. Nothing worked.

Why can Figma Make only create "Single Page Applications" (SPA)?

I created my website with Figma Make, I published it, and for SEO, Google cannot access the sitemap and robots.txt. I cannot upload the folder to the root of my domain because it is already connected to Figma Make via DNS.

Hi,I’m trying to upgrade to the Professional plan, but I’m unable to complete the payment due to a currency restriction. When entering my card details I receive the following message:"Your payment method's address is in a country that can't pay in EUR. Please use a different payment method."I’m in Hungary, and I entered both my billing information and card details correctly. I also tried using an EUR card, but the same error appears. Normally payment processors convert currency automatically, so I’m unsure why the system prevents the purchase.Could you please help me to resolve this issue asap?

I attempted the verification process several times, but encountered some issues that prevented successful verification. I have problem. When I was to Connect Figma Code Connect UI into Github repository I got infinite loading screen.  Is it known problem?  

Hi,I checked my student status more than two weeks ago, but the messages are still showing, and today I can no longer edit on Figma.When I try to submit a new request using my CVEC number, the platform doesn’t accept it because I’ve already submitted one.I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible because I have several school projects pending.

The animations & interactions in figma are lagging & changing (misplacement of graphic elements) while previewing the prototype. There is lag in the shadow in animation prototype.There is change in the component design after taking the instance.

Only you can see it while your plugin is in review.”. Then, after some time text was changed to “Your resource is unpublished. Only you can see this page. To republish this resource, publish a new version using a plugin with the same id.”I didn’t get any emails from Figma. I am not sure what had happened.I submitted plugin one more time today. What could happen? What could be the problem?

Hi, i urgently need to restore the Figma account I accidently deleted. I thought i was deleting a merged account, but turns out I deleted my paid account + the merged one. I need help to restore it. 

Hey ​@Celine_ ​@ksn I have been observing that Figma Make is being buggy since today. Everything is glitching, taking alot of time to refresh or load. Even on the sites that are published, the sites are taking time to load, the interfaces glitches when I am shifting my app tabs. Sometimes it just gets stuck for a few seconds.Even in the apps where the supabase is connected, the data seems to glitch before loading and takes time to appear.

When I click dropdown menu on a file the menu options load so slowly that I am constantly clicking the wrong thing.  

Hey all,I’m suddenly unable to edit any text layers in Figma, across all files, pages, and even brand new files—affecting both my main and secondary accounts.What’s happening: Double-click and “Enter” don’t let me edit text—not in place, not in the side panel. Typography controls (font, size, etc.) are greyed out for every text layer I select. I can move/resize elements, change color, and create new shapes just fine. This started suddenly, across both Figma browser and desktop app. What I’ve already tried: Checked layer is NOT locked, not a component, and not a nested/grouped selection. Checked on different pages, old files, new files—issue persists everywhere. Created a totally new Figma file—still can’t edit any text, not even “Inter” font. Swapped between browser

Hi everyone, I'm currently learning components on UI3.The context is that I did create text property on component set (picture). However, when I tried to apply this to a specified element, I can't find the property. Can you help me with the reason, as well as solution ?Thank you in advance !  

I’m currently studying design and have been using Figma for several years. My education plan expired this summer, and when I tried to re-verify, the system kept showing that the verification limit had been reached. I contacted SheerID, and they told me that my account appears to be verified already, even though it isn’t. I’ve tried all the steps they suggested, including clearing cookies, but nothing has worked.The process is really frustrating as I’ve also sent an email to Figma support and to the education@figma.com address weeks ago, but I haven’t received any reply yet. My files are still locked.

Can Figma Make integrate and make use of our existing design system to streamline our design workflow?
