Hi Figma team,I submitted multiple plugins for review, and they have been showing as "In review" for almost two weeks. I haven’t received any approval, rejection, or feedback by email yet.The plugins currently in review are:1. AI Photo Enhancer2. AI Image Extender3. AI Image Editor4. Colorize Image5. AI Magic Eraser6. Word Art Generator7. Stencil Maker - AI Image to StencilI can see the "In review" badge in Manage plugins, but none of them appear publicly on my Community profile yet.Could you please help confirm whether these submissions are still in the review queue and whether there is anything I need to fix on my side?I have attached screenshots showing the current review status.Thank you. 

Frustrated with Figma's AI Credits billing — being asked to pay for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for.I used the AI credits add-on once last month as a one-time top-up. What I didn't realise was that this would auto-enroll me into a recurring monthly charge. There was no clear opt-in for an ongoing subscription during the purchase.Last month I've used zero extra AI credits — yet I've received an invoice for $195. Breaking it down:• $180 — AI credits I did not use and did not sign up for as a recurring charge• $15 — Dev seat charge, which I am happy to payI've had a support ticket open since May 1st #1879798 with no resolution after a week of follow-ups.This feels like a dark pattern — a one-time purchase silently becoming a subscription should be communicated upfront and clearly. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.Figma team — can someone please look into this? I'm not trying to avoid paying for what I use.

Hello,  I am currently having trouble registering for Config 2026. For some reason, when I click the attend in person option, I don’t see any window in which I can formally register for the event with my payment method. Instead, I am directed instantly to the “Thank you” page with directions to check my inbox. Upon checking my inbox, I don’t see any confirmation either. Who can I talk to in order to resolve this issue and sign up for in-person attendance?

None of the embedded bitmap images in our figma design / figjam files are loading today.Seems to be across the board for all users.We are a large org with thousands of accounts.

How to fix the “Live preview failed” issue in Figma Make? I did the troubleshoot and immediate fixes available in the internet like: refreshing the page, duplicating the page, opening in different browsers. It is still working properly on March 13, 2026 but the problem started on March 16, 2026

Honestly, y’all are rockstars in comparison to most other modern communities. I’ve seen a few threads about the review process for a marketplace plug-in taking longer than 10 days. I’m aware of the work load and only want to create some visibility into my situation without adding to any stress to a swamped team.My plugin is also a chrome extension that is live on CWS. The Figma portion is a large part of the feature set and my tool actually pushes business directly to Figma while helping to make solve very real use cases in the infinite canvas space. Directly increasing the value of Figjam and providing churn protection for Ent Figma subs. I have Lucid and Miro users that have thousands of boards they want ported into Figjam but literally can’t because both block bulk extract. Compounding that, my tool is the only tool that provides 95+% fidelity

Hi, my plugin has been showing ‘In review’ for a few weeks now. It’s a simple free plugin which doesn’t have any data/purchase functionalities and I was hoping it would pass review but this is taking a while. Waiting for this to get published to share it with my team.

I’ve been searching for a way to submit my previous invoices for a refund requisitions as I have not used Figma in any capacity in two billing cycles since I’ve started working again. How can I go about this?  Is there an email or a link to submit a message?

Hello Figma community, I'm running into a very strange issue and I wonder if anyone know how to fix it. I have the feeling it is some king of bug or error because this prorotype was working perfectly before and apparently this problem started occuring two days ago.I made an “Accordion” component, made out of “Accordion Header” and “Accordion Content” — the latter can be changed to variants with different number of itens. Also, each item of the “Accordion Content” can be replaced with another component, i'll be using a “List” component to exemplify here. Accordion Component setup (the actual component on the right, and its elements on its left)With this setup, I was able to make an accordin component that can be opened and closed by clicking on its header. This worked fine for about three weeks.

Hello Figma Support,I am writing to formally dispute charges applied to my account related to Dev Mode and Full Seat upgrades.I did not intentionally upgrade my seat.Here is exactly what occurred: I accessed a file shared by another user. That file was associated with Full Seat features. Without any clear confirmation, warning, or explicit consent, my account was automatically upgraded. I became aware of this only the following day. Upon discovery, I immediately reverted my account back to Collab mode. I have never invited any team members and have not assigned any additional seats.Despite this, an extra Dev seat and an additional Full seat were automatically added to my account (redacted by the moderator due to PII). This resulted in incorrect overcharges on invoice No.PA4VQX5K-0002 for the billing period 31 March – 30 April 2026.I have already contacted support two days ago, but have not received any resolution yet.Could someone please escalate this case or provide assistance?Thank you.
