i am trying to use the code layers feature in figma beta app but shows pasting as code layers is not available to you, is this feature invite only or anyone can use using figma beta app with some settings or troubleshooting stepe

Hi everyone, I am currently putting together a responsive gaming client concept in Figma, taking inspiration from the interface structure found on this website. I am running into a frustrating issue where my nested auto-layout containers refuse to resize dynamically when switching between desktop and mobile viewport presets. Whenever the frame scales down, the primary navigation text wraps unexpectedly and forces adjacent button components outside the visible canvas instead of respecting the fill container rules. Has anyone encountered similar inheritance glitches with nested auto-layout groups, and what is the best way to maintain clean responsiveness without rebuilding each screen variant from scratch?

Hi Figma team,I'd like to request a per-account option to disable the AI sparkle (✦) icon that appears when hovering over elements in the editor.Currently, the only way to turn off Figma AI features is at the team admin level, which requires admin access and affects all team members. There's no way for an individual user to opt out of the AI hover trigger on their own account.For users who don't use Figma AI, this icon adds visual noise to the editing experience and can interfere with the workflow — especially when working with dense layers or small elements, where the sparkle icon overlaps with other controls.Requested behavior: add a toggle in user account preferences (e.g. Account Settings → Editor preferences) to show/hide the AI sparkle icon on hover, independently from team-level AI settings.Thank you for considering this!

I keep running into the problem that I select, say, 5 files to export, but the downloaded zip file contains only 2. I don’t receive any kind of error, and there’s nothing obviously wrong with the other 3, I can download them just fine on the second attempt, they are just (seemingly randomly) skipped the first time. This doesn’t happen ALL the time, but often enough to be annoying. What could I be missing here?

First I created a new Figma design file A in the team XYZ then, I was able to see my organization library PQR, I added , then with some reason I removed , but again when I want to add it again , but the same library not appearing at all. But in the same team XYZ, I created another design file B, again I am able to see the same library PQR, what could be the reason.

Thanks everyone,Here is my setup visual. I wish to set up this component with 3 properties. I can successfully set up 2, but the third continues to not work. The problem property is the icon/light-forest layer. I want that to be another Nested instance, just like the hex-color layer. Every time I try, I get the “Not used within component” error, and it doesn’t show up as a Nested instance when I try to link it. I don’t understand what I’m doing incorrectly.-Chris

Hey everyone! I know Figma Make has an official Supabase integration for this. My question: is there any native way to make user interactions (edits, additions, etc.) on a published app persist and be visible to every visitor — like a shared database, not just local/per-user storage  without connecting an external service like Supabase or Firebase?Is this possible today within Figma Make, or is an external backend the only way to get shared/multi-user persistence? I work in Figma to create analytical reports containing mostly text, but also images and tables, each report is 20+ pages long and each export results in a 30+MB file size. I need to have the file under 5MB ideally, as the reports are shared with clients. The images I use are quite small size and I’ve tried some plug ins but it’s still an issue - any advice would be appreciated!

Hello:I am new to Figma. I asked my AI to build a basic Home Screen for a project. When it created it, it made a bunch of categories in properties where I can type and change the headings or fields (see screenshot 2). When I tried to do it myself it did not work that way (see screenshot 1) . How do I do this. I’m not sure what to search for in terms of tutorials. Thanks

 My goal is to create various template sizes:LinkedIn / Meta: 1080×1080 6Sense / Google: 300 x 250 / 300 x 600 / 160 x 600 / 728 x 90 / 320 x 50 / 300 x 60 Email: 848 x 244 and 848 × 244 In Figma Buzz, I want to be able to go from:1080 x 1080 > 300 x 250 > 300 x 600 848 x 244 > 848 × 244 728 x 90 > 320 x 50 > 300 x 60 In Figma Buzz, the issues I’m having:I have a triangle vector shape with 3 layers (3 different colors) and when I change the template size from 1080 > 300, that vector shape doesn’t adjust accordingly. I’ve created a flatten version of it, created a component and set the comp to scale/scale, nothing is working. What constraints am I supposed to be using for vector shapes that are group and that have been turned into a component? I made sure that the inner most layers are set to scale. I tested using a png of the same image and For the logo that is going on each of the templates, when I change the template size the logo moves slightly out of its position.

I feel like my AI Agent credits run out pretty quickly, even when I’m only using it for a few design tasks.What kind of workflow do you use to make your credits last longer? Is it more efficient to write one detailed prompt instead of making multiple smaller requests? And how do you handle revisions without unnecessarily spending more credits?I’d love to hear your tips or workflows for using Figma AI Agent more efficiently, especially if you’ve found a way to make the credits last for a long time.Any advice would be appreciated! 🙏
