FIgma prototype bug

Hi, all i’m using Figma for last 2years no issue till the day before day
there is a bug in prototype.

whenever I launch prototype there is a magnifier inside a frame.
my sys requirements : Win10 , no GPU,8gb ram,64bit,strong internet ,intel i5 proc.
im using figma without gpu for last 2years.
i tried uninstall & reinstall it.

I am doing some Usertesting, most of the other tests when perfectly. But with this one user the prototype is stretched and squashed. As shown in the picture below. (The red squares are covers) You can even see the blue interaction box are offset from their original position. Is this a known bug? Is there a fix for it? [Screenshot 2021-02-04 at 10.35.27]
