Hello,I'm having a problem with the text tool. There's a sort of line across the text block, and part of it is invisible. When I test with shorter text, there's no problem. I reopened some old drafts I made six months ago and discovered that this line is now present in the text blocks... I don't understand what's happening. Does anyone have any ideas?Here's a screenshot of my problem.  

[Figma Make + Supabase] 게시글이 새로고침하면 사라지고, 다른 기기에서 안 보여요 (Claude와 같이 해봐도 해결이 안 됐어요)제가 원하는 것학생자치회 통합 플랫폼을 만들고 있는데, 누군가 게시글을 올리면 그 글이 사라지지 않고 계속 저장되면서, 다른 사람이 다른 기기/브라우저로 접속했을 때도 똑같이 보이길 원해요. 지금은 새로고침하면 방금 올린 글이 사라지고, 다른 브라우저로 열면 그 글이 아예 안 보여요. 즉, 데이터가 여러 사람/기기 사이에서 공유되고 계속 남아있는 게 목표예요.지금까지 시도한 것Figma Make 설정에서 Supabase 계정을 연결했어요. Figma Make AI에게 "게시글을 슈퍼베이스에 저장하고 모든 페이지에서 공유되게 해달라"고 요청했어요. AI가 백엔드(서버 쪽 로직) 코드를 새로 짜줬고, "이제 Edge Function을 배포해야 한다"고 안내했어요. Figma Make 화면에 있는 배포 버튼을 눌렀는데 "배포할 코드가 없다"는 메시지가 나왔어요. 그래서 슈퍼베이스 대시보드에 직접 들어가서, Edge Function을 새로 만들고 AI가 짜준 코드를 그대로 복사해서 붙여넣고 배포까지 완료했어요. 그런데도 여전히 게시글이 새로고침하면 사라지고, 브라우저 콘솔에는 CORS(브라우저가 다른 주소로 요청 보낼 때 막히는 문제) 관련 에러가 계속 떠요. Claude(AI 챗봇)한테 상황을 계속 설명하면서 같이 시도했는데도 해결이 안 됐어요.궁금한 점Figma Make의 배포 버튼이 원래 자동으로 해줘야 하는 걸, 제가 슈퍼베이스에 직접 들어가서 수동으로 배포한 게 맞는 방법이었는지 잘 모르겠어요. 이렇게 수동으로 배포한 경우, Figma Make 쪽에서 추가로 다시 연결하거나 설정해줘야 하는 게 있는 건지 궁금해요. 비슷하게 "게시글이 저장 안 됨 + CORS 에러" 겪으신 분 있으면, 정확히 어떤 부분이 원인이었는지 알고 싶어요.

Hi Figma team,I’m developing a plugin and would like to ask whether Figma plans to expose an API for a node’s motion path trajectory, or whether there is already any supported way to read that data.In the Motion UI, after creating a position animation, users can edit the movement path much like editing a regular curve, which makes more complex path-based motion possible. When I tried to reproduce this behavior in a plugin, I found that I could read timing/easing-related data, but I could not find the key data that defines the spatial trajectory itself.If this data is not currently exposed, it becomes a major limitation for exporting or translating Figma Motion animations into mainstream web animation ecosystems such as Lottie, SVG, PAG, and similar formats, because path-based movement cannot be reconstructed accurately.Could you clarify:Whether motion path / trajectory data is currently available through the Plugin API in any form Whether there is any recommended workaround to access o

I have been using Figma make for a project and its actually been great, but for the last week (started Monday, currently Friday) I have been getting the same error message! I have plenty of credits.  I have installed the app, restarted my router, called my internet people, logged a help desk reqeust and still no luck. I see a few other people have had the same problem, but there was no solution posted, it just started magically ‘working again’… so I’m hoping this post is the bit of magic I need to get cracking on with my project. 👯

My Drafts are empty. My profile picture has reverted to the default initial instead of the custom image I've always had. My account settings (email, name) are still correct. Logging in with Google or with email/password makes no difference. Hi Figma team,I'd like to request a per-account option to disable the AI sparkle (✦) icon that appears when hovering over elements in the editor.Currently, the only way to turn off Figma AI features is at the team admin level, which requires admin access and affects all team members. There's no way for an individual user to opt out of the AI hover trigger on their own account.For users who don't use Figma AI, this icon adds visual noise to the editing experience and can interfere with the workflow — especially when working with dense layers or small elements, where the sparkle icon overlaps with other controls.Requested behavior: add a toggle in user account preferences (e.g. Account Settings → Editor preferences) to show/hide the AI sparkle icon on hover, independently from team-level AI settings.Thank you for considering this!

I want to build a copy component with the following layers structure:copyComponentWrapper: parent componentproperties:  - copychildren Instances:  - desktopCopy (instance of copyComponent): has > 12 variants  - mobileCopy (instance of copyComponent): has > 12 variantsI have solved this with a single component that holds the desktopCopy and mobileCopy as different text layers, but it generates more than 100 variations, which is of course, undesireable.I’ve read previous posts and it looks like linking children properties to parent properties is still not available.I also know that can expose nested properties, but this implies that I have to enter the same copy twice in two different placeholders and it’s very confusing for the designer, and it also multiplies by 2 all variable integrations that I’m using with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.So… is there any other option that I haven’t explored yet? As the exploited solution is very… non scalable.

I am graduating from college in December and know that my Education plan will expire soon. I am especially concerned because I’m preparing to apply for graduate school and need to keep updating my portfolio, which is published on Figma Sites right now.What will happen to my Figma Sites portfolio once my Education Plan expires? Will it become unpublished? Should I start transferring my portfolio to another website builder?Thank you.

I’ve heard that Figma to Roblox is a really good Plugin to help transport images which though I haven’t tested yet is great but it lacks in implimenting the animations and interactivity so if anyonehas any fix or ideas id love for you to share them

As an e-commerce designer based in China, I create product hero images and detail banners for e-commerce platforms with Figma. All designs must be exported as raster images. I found that images exported from Figma appear noticeably blurry compared to Photoshop under the exact same canvas size settings.Our current workaround is exporting assets at 2x scale in Figma, then scaling them down to the original required size in Photoshop manually. I hope the Figma team could improve the built-in export rendering quality to achieve the same crispness as Photoshop at native resolution.

I am having trouble with a PDF file exported from Figma. I created it using a 1080:1920 aspect ratio. The file size is 13 MB, but Adobe Reader and web browsers struggle to open it. I have tried adjusting the settings to lower the quality, but the file remains difficult to open.

I’m on Organization and trying to use Transfer from a workspace that still shows All projects to a destination team on Professional that shows All folders. The destination URL validates and shows verified, but after I select Request transfer, I get: ‘You cannot transfer to this organization at this moment. Please contact support for more details.’ The item contains three design files, and this happens in the browser and the desktop app.  

Hi everyone,We’re using a Figma Professional Team account, and recently we’ve started facing an issue where users are being kicked out, and only two users are able to stay logged in at the same time.This restriction wasn’t there previously, and multiple team members were able to access the account without any issues.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is this related to a change in Figma’s login/device policy, or is there a recommended way to resolve this?Would upgrading the plan or creating a separate account under a new email address be the right approach?Any guidance would be appreciated. I’m currently using a verified Educational account on Figma, and I wanted to kindly request access to the new Figma Agent and AI features.I’m a UI/UX and Product Design student, and I spend a lot of time learning design systems, product thinking, and modern workflows inside Figma. After seeing the new AI updates, I’m really excited to explore how these tools can improve my learning process and help me grow as a designer.A lot of students like me are trying to stay updated with the future of design, and having access to Figma Agent would be incredibly valuable for learning, experimenting, and understanding AI-assisted workflows in real product design environments.I would really appreciate it if my educational account could be considered for access, even as part of a beta rollout.

My Figma updated from the old Edit Content panel to the new Bulk Edit view. When opening Bulk Edit, every single layer appears, whether it’s editable or not. The non-editable fields can’t be interacted with, while the editable ones can.Right now, I have to horizontally scroll through all fields just to find the editable ones.I know you can manually filter and unselect fields in Bulk Edit, but is there a way to configure this at the master template level so those settings apply to anyone who uses the file in the future?

Dear Community Managers,Will Figma agent charge for the beta prompts after beta ends?Currently Figma’s agent is free in beta. However, when I hover over a chat it says something like “This prompt uses 0 AI credits while in beta. After beta, it will use 196 credits.”

The cursor/focus jumps to the Design field by default on any jira issues whose projects are Figma enabled.  

We've been following the announcement of the new Nested Folders functionality in Figma and are very interested in enabling it for our organization as soon as possible. Would it be possible to grant us early access to the feature, or add our enterprise account to any available preview or rollout program? Beyond the general organizational benefits, we believe Nested Folders could also help address a challenge I have reported previously around maintaining a clean "production master" file structure. The additional hierarchy may provide a practical workaround, allowing us to better separate production-ready assets from work-in-progress content while keeping everything within a well-governed and scalable structure. We're keen to explore the feature and would be happy to provide feedback on our experience if that would be helpful. Please let us know if there's anything you need from our side. Thanks in advance for your support.

Hi there, I’m troubleshooting building a suite of evergreen ad campaign assets in Buzz. The only things that should ever need to change are the copy for my offer and the brand logo featured.As I poured over the assets from a prebuilt library, I’m noticing that some of the title copy (that will never need to be edited) has differentiated itself in the bulk edit spreadsheet, in spite of being identical to its siblings.  The right-hand column “flash offer” randoms should be living in the column to the left.It doesn’t look like there’s a way for me to brute-force this by pasting them into the proper column. What could I have done wrong to make them separate like this, and how can I avoid it as I try to build this suite for my team? There are quite a few assets with this issue and I’d like to fix it entirely rather than just hide both columns. Our team is noticing that our main design system library is having hundreds of changes flagged in the publishing panel, even after a weekend of not working on the library. The panel shows what’s modified, removed, or added, but isn’t clear what the changes are or what caused them. It’s scary publishing these types of updates because they aren’t coming from our team. Is this something being caused by Figma? How can we feel comfortable publishing so many changes when we weren’t even the ones making them?
