+1, we need this 🥹

+1 This is especially for agencies and freelancers that need to hand off design files for delivery without their exploratory work product.

Another ridiculously simple ask that is ignored by the team. Seriously. this is probably less that 8 senior dev hours to implement. Why even have this forum if your just going to ignore user requests for 3 years? Are we just yelling into the void? Or is the product architected in such a way that duplicating a page is a ton of effort?

Really hope that Penpot innovation motivates you guys again. Adobe deal made Figma lazy and I fear its going to suffer the same fate as Sketch

+1, this is a simple ask, please consider this Figma.

Abigail_Scott

+1, three plus years is a long time for a feature update like this.

+1 I have a few colleagues that don’t have a paying seat and they ask me to add pages from local files into an existing file in our company’s environment

As our Figma files are growing, we would also like to move pages, including their comments, to another file.

As our Figma files grow, we would also like to move pages, including their comments, to another file. Seems like a pretty basic feature that should have been implemented a long time ago.

+1 to keep it alive

Found this while looking for a solution to archive past design exploration into separate files without losing links and overcome memory issues.

Ingrid_Beke

+1, wanted to separate my work to different files as they became crowded

I’m trying to clean my super big file but don’t want to delete a page, rather split it into new files.

Steve_Witmer2

+1 - Just adding to the masses here. When a particular file of mine starts to get sluggish - I’d like the ability to right click on a page → copy to, AND/OR move to new file, or existing file.

I would like to transfer lower-fi version to a different file to keep the file size manageable, but am concerned about losing important file variables that are needed for the prototypes
The ability to move or duplicate a page to another file would be very helpful

After pressing CTRL+A, you can remove the objects you don’t want by holding down the CTRL key. 🧑‍🚒

Bump, can’t believe we have to workaround issues like this still…

Really need this

Filipp_EGOROV

+1 It would be super convenient for merging and dividing files. Especially when you need to preserve all links and prototypy flows.

Jack_Reeves

Feb 2021 foks…your shouting into the void. Time to move to penpot.

Sean_Boone

Wow, June 2024 here still needing this badly. I don’t even care about the comments / prototype stitching just want to easily copy/duplicate a page into another file.

Anna_Foltman

This is such a basic feature. I’m aware that making it might be challenging, but still, for big projects this is a must-have, and I’m seriously considering migrating to another tool for this
