I can’t use the desktop app. it’s completely disable view and Figma can’t loading.

 

Try clearing the cache

@Parul Vyas , can you please try to clear out the cache and check if this resolves the issue? It resolved it for some users.

After investigation, the issue is happening in the browser for some users and the app for others. Here is the instructions to clear cache in the app: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/22380853110551-Clear-the-Figma-desktop-app-cache . Let me know how it goes! Thank you
