Hey there,
Thanks for the post!
Could you double-check if these missing frames are under the frame? Sometimes, these could be outside of the frames:
Could you try the troubleshooting below?
- Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
- Browser : Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
- Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
If the issue still continues, could you reach out directly to the support team with a copy of your file: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?
Please make sure you use the email associated with your Figma account, include links to the file in question, and share access with support-share@figma.com. Don’t worry, inviting us to view your file won’t impact your billing.
Thanks!
Toku
Hello, I am having the same issue.
Did you manage to solve it and how?
Thank you
Hello!
I’ve had this same issue on multiple files and here’s some of the solutions that worked (but honestly they seem a bit random)
- Cut and pasting the object in place back onto the artboard
- Making the object a component
- Grabbing the entire object and putting it in a frame (even if it was already in a frame)
- And for a few I just played around in the layers panel and it randomly started working
Idk if that really helps, I haven’t been able to find any concrete solution or reason for the issue unfortunately
Hi Dani, thanks for your tips.
Yes, cutting and pasting in place helped! I guess it is a common bug when importing files from Sketch.
