the home screen doesnt show anything other than filters and team selection 

Just thought I’d share for posterity as this almost drove me insane! I’d set up basic light / dark color modes and variables, which worked almost everywhere except for a few frames. It turns out i’d copied some assets from another project, and the appearance tab had exposed the variable modes for them, rather than the ones in the current file. The solution was to go the longer way through [blue] to the variable mode. 

Subject: Refund Request - Accidental extra seats added to invoice Hi Figma Support Team, I intended to purchase only 1 Dev seat for my team. However, when the invoice was generated, extra accidental seats were added, making the invoice amount much higher than expected. I have already gone into my Admin settings and downgraded all those accidental extra users back to free "Viewer" seats, leaving only the 1 intended Dev seat active. I have also changed our team settings to manual seat approval. Since this was an accidental system upgrade and the extra seats were not intended, could you please issue a refund/credit for the extra charges and adjust my billing to reflect only the 1 Dev seat?Thank you. 

We were previously on a paid plan and looking for a past invoice or receipt of 14th March to 14th April. The invoice number in_1TAq5dIvcqWR3dFDwsSzfAOP. Our ticket number 1910310.

Dear Figma Support Team, I am writing regarding Invoice XPJMCMG6-0009 (dated May 12, 2026) for $92.04 USD, billed to my account under (redacted by the moderator due to PII) (ABS Posters). My usual monthly charge is $47.20 USD (Invoice XPJMCMG6-0008) for 2 Professional Full seats. However, this month I was charged $92.04 — nearly double — due to a 3rd Professional Full seat that was added on April 15, 2026 without my knowledge or intention. The 3rd seat was added by mistake and has not been used at all. Only 1 member has actively been using the Figma paid features throughout this period. I have already downgraded the 3rd seat to Viewer-Restricted to prevent any future charges. Given that:• The seat was added unintentionally• The seat was never used• I have now removed it immediately upon discovering the error I kindly request a revision of Invoi

I have just added the Figma add-on on Chatgpt and I can´t seem to make it work. They promise to be able to build decks, wireframes, designs…As they announce on their web. I am doing just as they explain: write @Figma and then the prompt. Chatgpt will then write the answer but nothing even similar to having a figma integration.Does anyone know anything about this?Thank you!! 

We're seeing a consistent HTTP 500 from https://www.figma.com/embed?embed_host=share&url=... when the viewer's browser is logged into Figma. Same embed URL, same file:Logged out → works Logged in → 500Repro is just: open a prototype embed iframe while logged in to Figma on the affected account. The 500 happens during what looks (from devtools) like an internal refreshOnReadyForEmbed reload triggered by the auth-aware code path.Reproducible across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Setting iframe.credentialless = true (Chrome only) avoids it by stripping cookies, but breaks Figma's password-protected file form, so it isn't a viable general fix.Could someone from Figma confirm and/or give an ETA on a fix? I received my monthly payment today even though I don't even use the app anymore, so I canceled and left the free plan. I contacted support, but the only thing that answered was a useless chatbot. What should I do?

Hi Team,I had requested for name and address change in Invoice few days back. Only after the name change, I would be able to make the payment. However, i havent received any acknowledgement or change acceptance to email, even though the chatbot insists that i will get the confirmation through email. We have now lost access to Figma since the payment has not been made. We are ready to pay immediately as soon as the name change is completed in the invoice. I am also unable to get the email address of support team, and the chatbot insists that i post in the forum.

I seriously need help with my Figma Education verification because this has become extremely frustrating.I already submitted EVERYTHING possible: student documents identity documents tuition/payment proof academic calendar course schedule institutional email My verification through SheerID was APPROVED on May 4th and it says I am verified for 335 more days, but Figma still does not activate the Education plan on my account.Every time I try to redeem it, I get “Verification Limit Exceeded”.I already created new teams/workspaces, retried the process multiple times, and nothing fixes it.At this point, it looks like the Education benefit is stuck somewhere internally on my account and I need someone from Figma support to manually resolve this issue urgently.Please help.

my computer keeps crashing when I try to go on preview in figma design, my screen would go fully black twice then kick me out of my app that I'm trying to make.Then says this in the pic after it kicks me out and when I try to get back in. the only way I can get back in, is to go to the page of my app and hit “open in editor”.why is it doing that???I've tried clearing my cache and shutting down and restarting my computer but it doesn't work. ​​​​

When you drag a screenshot into the canvas, the display resolution is not taken into account.For example, if a screenshot from an iPhone 17 Pro (1206 × 2622) is dragged and dropped into the canvas, it is inserted at a size of 603 × 1311 (i.e., half the actual size).However, iPhone screenshots have a resolution of 144 × 144, or @3x. Accordingly, the screenshot size should be 402 × 874 (i.e., ⅓ of the actual size) when imported into the canvas.

I recently used Google Sheet Plugin to update the data in Figma. Unfortunately, only when I hit Sync, the data sync happens. When the other team member (with edit access) attempts to sync, the data doesn’t sync in the artboard (but they can able to see the data in plugin). Why is this happening and how I can able to overcome this - where all editors can able to sync it.

In March, I had a collaborator request access to one of our files and I didn’t know at the time, but by granting this access I was charged a full seat for them which was not needed or used from my understanding. Today, I needed to get a new team member a full seat. Right after purchasing the new seat I looked through our billing and realized I had already been charged for a seat unintentionally back in March. I need a refund so I don’t have a fifth full seat that won’t be used.  Thanks!

Context & The Bug: I am experiencing a persistent engine bug with Interactive Components. Under random, untraceable conditions during regular design work, the Mouse down trigger permanently corrupts on a specific Master Component.Instead of holding the [Pressed state] while the mouse button is physically held down, the component flashes the [Pressed state] and immediately reverts back to the [Default state]. Hi everyone,My monthly Professional plan auto-renewed today (May 18, 2026) and I was charged $50.16 for 2 Full seats, but I only intended to keep 1 paid seat. The second seat belongs to a teammate I didn't plan to renew for this cycle.A few details:- Invoice number: NGW3F59R-0004- Billing period: May 18 – June 18, 2026- The charge was processed today, so the new cycle has only just started- I'm removing the extra seat from my plan now, so it won't be used at all during this periodI know Figma's policy is that subscription payments are generally non-refundable, but since the charge happened literally today and the seat will have zero usage on this cycle, I'm hoping a refund (or at minimum a credit toward the next invoice) is possible.Has anyone been in a similar situation?
