Education account verified, but all Figma files are locked

My Education status has been successfully verified, and my team is already on the EDU plan.

However, all my Figma files are still locked, both in the browser and in the desktop app. I cannot edit any of them, and clicking on the "Locked" label does nothing.

Could you please check why my files are still locked and help me restore editing access?
