Hi @Scott Z, Celyn from the Figma Community Support team here. Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that you’re repeatedly receiving an error message when trying to use Figma Make.

I can see that you’ve also reached out to us through ticket #2147632, and I’ve added an internal note to help increase its visibility with the team.

In the meantime, could you try clearing your cache to see if this removes the prompt? If you’re using the Figma desktop app, you’ll find this option under Help > Troubleshooting.

Let me know how it goes, and thank you for your patience while the team takes a closer look.

I am also having this issue. I have performed this several times. Below are the troubleshooting steps I have done, and still get the error

Troubleshooting steps:
1. Checked multiple browsers and incognito
2. Cleared cache and cookies, I can access figma for about 5 minutes after I completely wipe cookies, and then the error pops again
3. I have sent the link to others, who are able to access, but if they try to duplicate a file, it now gives THEM the error.
4. Tried creating new, modifying existing, duplicating existing - still errors.

Hey @Lisa Hill 👋 Thanks for your reply.

Can you please submit a bug report through the Support Hub:

  • Support Hub  > Type “Report a bug” >  Click Start a chat > select Enter and follow the prompts
  • In the form, include the URL of the file and grant "Can View" access with support-share@figma.com, this allows us to reproduce the issue and investigate.

You can add the ticket ID back here and we’re happy to take a look. — Jaycee
