Hi everyone, We’ve been trying to publish an update to our plugin Lokaliser but have been blocked by the following message:“We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.”We reached out to Figma Support nearly 3 days ago, followed up twice, but unfortunately haven’t received any response.This update is critical for our users, and we’re currently stuck with no way to push the fix live. Has anyone experienced this issue before?Any advice or visibility into how long plugin support usually takes to respond?Would really appreciate any help or if someone from the Figma team can take a look.Thanks so much,Lokaliser.io

We’re not seeing the Export to Make button in Figma to export our library for use and testing with Figma Make. Can you help with this please?  

If this is not a secret, then I would like to ask about 2 situations: 1) is there a plan in the future for a free plan to increase number of requests per day (if I'm not mistaken, there are only 5 requests per day available for a free plan right now)?2) is there a plan in the future for a free plan to copy design from Figma Make to Figma Design?

Hi, I’m having an issue with a Figma plugin. When I try to run it, nothing happens — the plugin doesn’t start or show any results. I’ve tried restarting Figma and checking my internet connection, but it still doesn’t work.

Icon stroke width behaves as expected inside the button (it scales with the canvas). However, as soon as it’s turned into a component and the icon is swapped, the stroke resets to a default value of 2px. The frame size behaves as expected. Icon is resized using scale tool. Problem appears both ways: – creating button from scratch (works), make is a component (does not work). – creating button component with same anatomy from scratch (does not work). Detach the same component (works). Creating different sizes with variants for each icon is not an option due to the extensive icon library. Is this a bug, or what could be causing this issue?

I made a project in Figma. It seems to work fine, but I want to download all the files so I can compile it into a windows exe file. However there doesn’t seem to be a way to download everything in the project. I even asked the AI to help me out and it seems to be quite irritated saying I have all the files I just now need to download them. I do want to download them, I just don’t know how. I can’t find any control that says download files. Can someone help me with this please?

Hi, I’m testing a token refresh method that uses OAuth to enable the regular execution of processes that were previously handled via personal access tokens(PAT).Using a PAT for a specific organization account, we can successfully extract data from organization projects and retrieve all of the following:/v1/teams/:team_id/projects/v1/projects/:project_id/files/v1/files/:file_key However, after switching to OAuth, creating an app, and publishing it with the `file_content:read` and `projects:read` scopes enabled, I can only retrieve `/v1/files/:file_key` data. `/projects` list and `/files` list return a "Not Found" error and cannot be retrieved.According to the documentation, enabling and publishing the "projects:read" scope should grant access. Why are we receiving a 404 error?

I got interested in Figma so I bought an e-course. I encountered a few problems that Im unable to get around. I tried googling and looking through forums but I didnt find an answer.So the teacher uses a slightly older version of Figma. After adding any type of element (a frame, text, etc.), there appears a "layer" tab on the right side. There isn't one on my end.Additionally, the "auto layout" isn't the same as in the lessons. In the lesson, there is advanced layout and it contains spacing modes, strokes, canvas stacking. In my case, these settings arent there.Could you help me out with finding them? Or have these features been deleted? AI chatbot told me a bunch of gibberish…Thanks for help!

I use Figma every day but I STILL don’t understand the correct/preferred way to do this. Say I have a component with 1 variant and 1 property (say “State=Open/Closed”). What I want is to create a new variant property that applies to BOTH of the existing variants (say “Size=Default/Small”) and automatically duplicates the components (to the RIGHT) and applies the new property. Is there a way to do this OTHER than resizing the set, manually creating the property, duplicating the components, and apply and setting the new property? Maybe as a plugin? I need to do this ALL the time. I’m aware that you can create all your variants FIRST and then do “Combine as variants” but that’s not what I need, because I don’t always know in advance all the variants I need.

I'm prototyping a horizontal product carousel in Figma using component variants. I want both the left and right chevron buttons to animate between visible states, but I'm seeing that advanced transitions (e.g., Slide in/out, Push) are only available for one direction (right chevron), not the other (left chevron).Has anyone else encountered this? Am I missing something about how Figma enables advanced animation types for variant connections?Would appreciate any tips or explanations!Screen recording

Hello everyone. I'm having a recurring problem with certain types of components. I'm making a parent card component with a background image and content that becomes opaque on hover. In my instances, when I change the image, the hover image automatically returns to that of the parent component... I've since found an alternative using ratio components that allow you to load images and keep them on hover. But I find this method a bit cumbersome and probably obsolete. I was just wondering if a more recent solution was possible? Thanks for your help!

When I press the Alt + R shortcut key in Figma, instead of adjusting or showing the anchor point, my PC displays FPS and other performance details. It seems like the shortcut is triggering a system-level command instead of a Figma function.Can anyone help me figure out how to fix or disable this so I can use the shortcut properly in Figma?  

The icons we used to use looked great in Figma and, when exported as svgs and then placed in the browser for inspection, their paths looked good and the quality of icon was also good (not blurry). I have received created using figma Ai, design I want to tweak few things, but it has only two views “preview and code”My question is can I edit the file design wise? or it can be modified through Ai cammands only?

Dear support Figma team.I have noticed that my draft file is missing. I know the name of the file and remember even the names of some pages inside, but I couldn’t find it at all. I have only one account and I have checked deleted files. It is not appearing anywhere. I definitely created in my drafts, and it has no teammates to delete it. Please help, how could I restore it or find it?

Has anyone figured out a good way for helping the LLM using the MCP server to bridge the gap between the visual info (say, the color of a Button in the design) and the relevant component's properties (say, the correct `variant` that yields that color button)?We don't have Code Connect hooked up yet, but I'm skeptical that this would solve this particular disconnect because our components all use design tokens under the covers and all we see in the code are different properties that drive those behaviors. The LLM can’t see that using “emphasis” as a `variant` value will yield a blue button, for example.Interrogating the LLM on what it knows about the selected component yields a bunch of styling details, css, etc. so it knows what color the button should be, in my example, and I've given it our component docs so it knows what the valid variants are, but it can't bridge the gap between the two because there aren't enough dots to connect.This WOULD be solved via the "Component info" panel,

I am the admin. I accidently made another user, the owner of the project. It does not allow me to make myself owner again? When I click my name in the project, I can only delete myself? There are no other options?  How do I make myself owner again?

I am in need of figuring out how to create  the desktop pages to be the parent, and the mobile pages as the child. So when I use the desktop pages to make my changes they automatically get updated in the mobile pages.Right now I am doing double work, and its time consuming. Any help greatly appreciated

Hello, How can I see to exactly which projects and files has access a User who has a "View Seat"? Is there a page? Or I have to check each project and each file? Thanks!
