I have a full seat in our Org’s professional plan. We were expecting that Full seat would automatically have access to Dev mode too. But when I try to turn on Dev mode, I see “We’ve sent a reminder about your Dev Mode request to you team admins.”, for the first time I did get a 3-day peek of Dev Mode, but now this is what I see every time. What more is to be done here? Our Admin is also confused as my seat is already Full seat which supposedly have access to Dev mode in Professional plan.

I understand you’re having trouble turning on Dev Mode even though you have a Full seat on a Professional team.
I checked on our end, and I can see that you have access to three Professional plan teams, along with several Starter teams.
Within those three Professional teams, it looks like you only have a Full seat in one of them — in the others, you’re assigned as a Viewer.
Could you please double-check whether the file where you’re seeing this message belongs to the Professional team where you have the Full seat?
From the file browser or from within a file, you can see the project name listed beneath the file name. You can also switch teams in your file browser to view the projects associated with each team.
Once you confirm that the file is indeed in the Professional team where you have a Full seat, but you still see the same message, please share the file URL here.
I can then escalate this to our team for further investigation if needed.
