I downloaded the Figma app, firstly I downloaded the DMG file, which was only 2 MB. I thought it was just an installer file. But then once I install the app, it just says I need to move it in my apps folder. Afterwards I open the app, it asks me to sign in, so I click, the browser opens. After signing in, I click open app, the button is dead. It doesn’t click, then after 5 seconds it says my session has expired. After going down the rabbit hole I have 1) Cleared Cache, 2) Quit and Restart the app, 3) Confirmed that my internet connection was working (other apps were running fine), 4) Deleted and reinstalled the app, 5) Reached out to Figma support (1 week ago) and nothing. I even thought that the 2 MB file was corrupt or incomplete, so I went to Figma to re download it, and all the buttons on the page are unresponsive. I struggled with this for 2 days and quit after frustration. Right now I am using it via my browser, but I really want to use the app because it was smoother and cleaner. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
