Assistance Needed with Student Account Verification

Hi,

I checked my student status more than two weeks ago, but the messages are still showing, and today I can no longer edit on Figma.

When I try to submit a new request using my CVEC number, the platform doesn’t accept it because I’ve already submitted one.

I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible because I have several school projects pending.

Hi ​@Sundari - sorry for the confusion. Could you clarify your message a bit for me?

What message are you receiving specifically? Did the message come from SheerID directly?

Did you originally apply with your existing CVEC number once, and then were rejected? Are you trying to apply again a second time with that same CVEC?

If you can post a screenshot of the exact message you received, that would be helpful.
