Went on vacation for 3 weeks, come back, and now my magic “select all matching layers” button is gone. Why?I used to be able to select all matching layers within a section. that is now gone!Lately it seems like Figma is dead set on disrupting all of my workflows!

Wondering if anyone has any context on this strange selection lag issue I run into when selecting component instance nodes:Our plugin listens to selection events via selectionchange event (docs) On selection change, we want to evaluate figma.currentPage.selection and perform some calcuations This works fine and well, EXCEPT for the case where the current Figma selection includes component instance nodes In that case, when the user selects a component instance node directly, the selection of the comp instance node lags (see video-- there's a lag as the selection boundary "flashes" when selecting an instance node, VS no lag when selecting a frame node) But what's odd is that if I select a parent node containing that same comp instance nod

In my Toggle Switch component, I have a mix of properties (variants and booleans). I’m able to reorder the variants but it seems I cannot reorder the boolean. I want the order of my properties to be:Variant - “State”Boolean - “Label”Variant - “Label Position”Is this possible?  

I’ve created a template in Figma Make, but it always has an error when trying to use it. I’ve re-created the template a few times and nothing fixes it. The template is composed of two components from our design library (a sidebar and a top navbar). Do templates not work with library components for some reason?  

I’m experiencing slow loading times when previewing my website designs on mobile, especially when using the Figma mobile app or opening shared prototype links. The desktop preview works fine, but on mobile the pages take several seconds to load, and sometimes interactions lag or don’t respond smoothly. I’ve checked my device, internet connection, and file size, but the issue still appears. I’m wondering if this is a common problem or something related to my setup. Has anyone found a reliable fix or optimization method to improve mobile preview performance?

Hello Figma Team / Community,I’m facing an issue accessing my Figma account.I originally signed up using my previous company’s Google account (which is now suspended because the company has shut down). As a result, I no longer have access to that email address and can’t receive password reset or verification links.Now I’m stuck because: Figma only allows email changes through confirmation on the old (suspended) address. Support replies are also being sent to that same old email, so I can’t see any responses. I still have full proof of ownership of the account (workspace name and other info).Could someone from the Figma team please contact me privately so I can verify my identity and update my account to a new email?(For privacy reasons, I’m not sharing my old or new email publicly, but I can provide both directly to the support team.)Thank you for your help! 🙏

September 29th has passed and I am unable to discontinue my education plan, so I would like to upgrade.

Figma keeps saying I’m offline and that it’s not syncing any changes, even when I have very fast and consistent internet connection (Zoom, Slack, CreativeCloud all work fine). And what’s strange is that it’s only for one project at a time. I have four different projects open and the others are syncing fine. And it’s not always the same project that has trouble syncing. Last week it was a different one that wasn’t syncing. Figma is up-to-date as well. I have had this issue for a week now and it’s incredibly frustrating. Any solutions?

A weird situation. Just had to change laptops due to emergency and on the new laptop even after installing Figma Font Helper the fonts are marked as missing. Once I try to reinstall them, usually the last installed font appears, while other disappear again. Let’s say, Bold is working, but if I install Regular and refresh the page, the Regular is working and Bold is missing.

I’m importing the design in Figma to Wix, and this is what happens. How to fix this?  

Hi. I accidentally turned my whole project into a vector. I went to check my autosave history and only have one checkpoint for some reason at 9:57, 10 minutes after this happened.In retrospect, this was a stupid mistake. It all happened because I got annoyed that the pixel grid wasn’t showing on my screen so I thought hitting every single key on my keyboard while holding the command key on my Mac down. If you have any idea as to what could possibly done to reverse this it would really be appreciated.

Hello support team,I have used figma.com free ai features for some time, it is good. So now I determine to buy it for person,  and my company said the company can reimburse me because that is company task. You know it needs receipt of company, however, I have to pay by myself.  So I want to know how I can get the company receipt but I use my personal credit card to pay. Looking forward to your response. 

Problem: When I apply the Underline decoration formatting to text that includes a superscripted ‘registered trademark’ symbol (this is a non negotiable inclusion), the underline hugs the baseline of the superscript part, so visually the line breaks between the non-superscripted characters. Font being used is Arial for accessibility reasons so it cannot be changed.I have seen other users posting this issue as far back as 2024 and there has clearly been no fix other than the suggestion to change fonts which is not possible. Hello everyone, Its been a a week since I started learning Figma, and I am running into the following issue.When I remove the horizontal and vertical padding from the auto layout frame of an instance  of a Text Component, I see that the frame does not wrap the text. It just reduces its height to 0 Here are the steps which I followed.Created a text field and wrapped it in autolayout, added a stroke.  Converted it into a component Added another variant , named them Default and Hover. Created the instance . Set the horizontal and vertical padding to 0 in the instance .I was expecting to see the autolayout frame wrapped around the text. I am unable to understand , why setting the padding to 0 leads to this. As a test, I tried adding fill to the instance. Initially it did not appear, but when I reset the padding values, the fill appeared.Please have a look at the screenshots I have attach

Hi all,I’m running into an issue with Smart Animate that seems to be a recent regression. I’ve used Smart Animate successfully across multiple components in my file, and everything was working fine in Present mode until this past week.Now, some animations that used to work perfectly are either:• Not playing at all, or• Playing incorrectly (e.g. jumpy, incomplete, or skipping interpolation)Here’s what I’ve found through troubleshooting:• The animations still work when I isolate the animated component and test it on its own.• They break only when nested inside more complex parent components (which contain other nested instances).• Detaching the parent instance or simplifying the nesting restores the expected animation behaviour.• Clearing Figma’s cache and restarting the app had no effect.• I haven’t changed anything in the component structure that would explain this — it genuinely seems to have br

I really need help on working around Connected Project not allowing between Org/Pro with same email domain. If someone have experience on solving this it would be a great help. Our project is being delayed and we really need a solution. Four company with same work email domain (because same holding company) All teams have a figma Org/Pro that was made with work email domain.  Our company has Design System Library we use among our internal teams.  We have a mega project, where we need to share this library with other 3 companies. I don’t know if this is a bug or simply a feature I don’t get: Shadows look completely different when applied to a shape with a fill vs. an auto layout of the same dimensions with the same fill. Even stranger, when clip content is applied to the auto layout the shadow looks the same as it does on the shape.Is there anything I can do to ensure a shadow renders the same whether or not it is applied to a shape, a frame or other object? And what’s with the clip content difference? I would have expected the shadow to look different with clip content enabled, not the other way around.I’d be much obliged if anyone could enlighten me. 

I've been trying to figure this out for an hour, but I've tried many different methods and still can't find a way to do it. I'm wondering if Figma allows text to start from the first line to the following line like in the black outline area? Thanks!
