Hi there,anyone know how we can get Figma to engage with us on access issues to Figma Make?

I was making a Figma Slides presentation and, in order to add videos, I upgraded my free account to a Collab, the lowest tier, that was informed as being able to add playable videos to my slides.Then, I added my files with ease, all working just fine, closed the presentation and opened it up again later, only to find that I'm not able to edit my slides with Figma's design tools any more. Not only this presentation, but new ones I create too. The design tool option is greyed out, unable to toggle.What is going on? I need to work on this presentation ASAP being able to work on it with all the functions I had with the Free version PLUS what I had just purchased. I have a component that has some lines in it. The lines are spaced out with a specific ratio. The idea is that I can use these lines and scale the component while keeping the ratio between the lines the same when I scale the component up or down. I can’t seem to get my head around this. For context it is to be used in a graph.  I have tried farming the lines, I have used the scale property, the Left+Right property and even the Center property and none of the above worked.I have tried to use boxes as spacers between the lines. I can get the boxes to scale correctly, however the lines will not follow the boxes:  Thanks for any input - it will be valued very much!

I accidentally deleted my account, i just had payed the professional plan, now I re entered with my gmail account, the one that was deleted, and it’s all gone and also my professional plan. There is any way to recover at least my professional plan? Thanks.

This is something I want to achieve where circle changes the gradient as timeline moves forward.I'm able to do it for solid colors but not the gradients.Can you please help?  

Hello,I accidentally deleted an important Figma design file. First, I moved it to Trash, and then I permanently deleted it from Trash by mistake.The file contained important work and was deleted accidentally. Hi everyone,I’m running into a unexpected visual discrepancy while working on a redesign for a web application — a concrete volume and material estimating tool located at https://concretecalculatorz.com/.I exported several UI components, form controls, and custom visual elements from our live environment to rebuild and test interactive prototypes directly inside Figma.However, as soon as I import the assets into my Figma canvas, the colors, contrast, and subtle drop shadows appear slightly altered — specifically looking a bit unsaturated or washed out compared to how they render natively in the browser.Here is what I’ve tested to resolve it so far: Re-exported the assets using different file formats (sRGB PNGs vs SVGs). Toggled Figma's color profile settings between sRGB and Unmanaged (Display P3). Verified browser rendering across both Chrome and Safari to rule out local monitor display profiles. I’m seeing two Figma icons side by side in the macOS menu bar:• The icon with a black background opens a Starred / Recent menu.• The white outline icon opens the All notifications panel.My versions are macOS 27.0 (26A428) and Figma 126.8.18. A process check showed only one main Figma app process running.I’m not sure when this started or whether it is related to an update. Is this expected behavior or a known issue? Is there a way to keep just one menu bar icon while retaining access to both sets of features?The three screenshots below show both icons, the black-background icon’s Starred / Recent menu, and the white outline icon’s All notifications panel. I’m creating a prototype in Figma and need the native navigation arrows that appear when viewing it on mobile to follow a specific order between the frames (01 → 02 → 03 → 04...). The frames are already named and organized in this order, but the arrows are not following this sequence. Is there a native Figma setting that allows me to define the navigation order for these arrows, without having to manually create an interaction between each frame?Meu problema é exatamente este aqui:

My account is already verified as an education plan from last year, But now I have to renew my plan, whenever I submit my same document which I submitted last year, So they said its not enough send us more document. I dont know why they are keep rejecting same document from which I get verified last time.

Hello, everyone.I’m creating a design system and currently creating the Date picker component. I’m having trouble making the month and year selectors stack over the rest of the content in the calendar. A few things i’ve already done:The dropdown menu is not transparent, it has a background color I’ve set the selectors to be stacked on top of the rest of the content on the frame using the canvas stacking feature (both the individual selectors and the group of selectors)I really don’t know how to fix this. Hi,I recently started to use the free version of figma make. I rendered some buttons (in a component), and also some inputs (in an other component) and now I’m working on a grid design. Currently, in preview mode I see the grid itself. And in code mode the app.tsx contains also only code for rendering the grid component. So, my question is, how can I make a central page/component, from which I can then jump to the components (button, input, grid). Should I instruct the AI to do this? But this would burn token, right? Or should I edit the app.tsx manually? But later if I proceed further, then the app.tsx will be overwritten again and again. So, what is the correct way to do that?
