Question

Unable to View Saved Credit Card Details in Figma Billing Settings

I have already added my credit card details under the Payment Details section for my Figma subscription. However, I’m unable to view the saved credit card information there. Could you please let me know how I can access or view my card details?

When you clicked Use this card, did you see a confirmation message, or did the form just clear?

If you’d like to check which payment method is on your account, you can also look at your invoices. Billing is managed by team admins, so you’ll need to be signed in as one to access this.

  1. From the file browser, click Admin, then select the Billing tab.
  2. Open the Invoices tab and select an invoice to open its details panel.
  3. Look for Payment method in the invoice details.

 

It should show the payment method used for that invoice. For more on this, check out Manage payment and invoice details.
