Verification Support

Subject: Request to Reset Student Verification Limit

Hello Figma Education Support Team,

I am trying to verify my student status to access Figma Education benefits. However, I have reached the verification limit on my account.

Unfortunately, the other ID card I intended to use has been lost, and I have not completed verification with it.

Could you please review my situation and let me know whether my student verification limit can be reset or if an alternative verification method is available?

I can provide other valid student documents if accepted.

Hey ​@Nazneen Akter, I’m sorry you’ve hit the verification limit! 

Education verification is handled by SheerID, our verification partner, so we can’t reset the limit, review documents, or confirm eligibility from here. Their team can look into your account and let you know what options are available, including which documents they accept.

I’d recommend to email SheerID’s Figma support team at figmasupport@sheerid.com. Include the email address you used to verify, your Figma account email, and a note that you’re seeing “Verification limit exceeded.” Mention that the ID you planned to use was lost and that you have other student documents ready. You can expect a reply within about 5 business days.
