I have paid the Figma Professional Plan in September 2024, until now I still can see that I am with free plan and can only create three projects. Can anyone tell me what to do? I tried to contact Figma team, I dont know when I can get feedback from them.
*Two pages- P1 and P2 *Button on P1- Triggers navigation to P2 *Animation on button- Press-down and spring-back effect *Delay- Navigation happens after the button press is released. How to execute this prototyping. I have figured out the press down and spring-back effect but couldn’t figure out the rest?
I found it today all of my files are gone, and can`t find it in the folder “Delete”, my account is empty
Please I’m looking for WP website designer to re-design my website.
Hi. I’m an iPad Pro 3rd gen if this is necessary to know for my problem. Anyways. I used to be able to group my layers but recently Figma has not been letting me group layers anymore. I can’t do it by clicking CMD+G or right clicking and clicking on the group selection option. Plus I have to constantly refresh the website. If I click off the website to a new tab or a different program it messes with Figma and I have to refresh to be able to do anything on Figma. Has anyone else had any of these issues?
Hello everyone. Designer here. I’m designing sites on Figma and then my development team are building them. This is less of a Figma question and more of a design question. A common bit of feedback we get once the designs are built and on the development site is that everything looks too big - as if everything is zoomed in (we’ve checked, everyone is at 100% scale on their browsers). I’m struggling to find resources or discussion online addressing this but coming up short. The developers generally use laptops and I presume the clients are usually also using laptops to view the sites. I design on the larger 27 inch imac. My base body copy is 16pt for example - following all guidelines that suggest this to be a solid choice. I try to largely stick to a 8px design system for type. The developers set 1 rem to be 8px - body copy is set to 2 rem. However once built it just looks ‘big’. I’m really struggling to see where things are going wrong here. Is it my designs? Is it the implementation o

Hello, I’m new to Figma and currently exploring the app. While watching some tutorials, I came across the options for alignment and padding (Packed/space between) to use them for nav design. However, I’m unable to locate these options in the updated version of Figma. Are there alternative ways to achieve this in the current version? For context please refer to https://youtu.be/bh98SF7OjUk?t=307 Any help is much appreciated.
When a project has two or more files, the 2nd file is overflowing the project name Page:https://www.figma.com/files/team/{team_id}/all-projects
Hi Webflow Community, I am noticing more and more Figma libraries lately popping up. Think about: https://www.flowbase.co/, https://figmacomponents.com/ I’m currently figuring out how they do section X inside a copy to clipboard button. (Want to build this for a client) But, I am not coming to an end, after googling for hours, I can’t find anything about this. Is there someone how this exactly works? Would love to know that!
Similar issue to Font weight labeled differently from styles to dev mode to code and Font weights do not match with web. We are using Plus Jakarta Sans font in our designs, and noticed that while in Figma the font-weight is set to 600, the actual font weight being used is 500. Going to google fonts, it is easy to see the difference! Plus Jakarta Sans - Google Fonts We checked both dev and design mode, and both modes show the font weight as 600 even though visually it is 500.
Hi guys, what’s up? I’d like to ask you a question: I’m migrating my posts to Figma, but there’s an alignment issue that bothers me. The fonts have a side space reserved, which when I use the left-aligned autolayout still gives the impression that the letters are misaligned. However, when I vectorize the font, it is aligned correctly. Is there any way to correct this without vectorizing the font?
Hi, I’m trying to create a text button that is styled in a way where there’s text at the top and underneath the text there’s a dash underline. So similar to a link, but slightly different because it uses a dashed underline instead of a solid underline. The problem is, if I have text that spans across multiple lines, the dashed line doesn’t go underneath the two lines, it only goes underneath the bottom of the frame. I can’t seem to figure out a way in Figma to make it span across two lines. I used a dashed bottom border in Figma. See example below: Is there a way to get the dashed underline to appear in both lines in Figma? Like in the example above I want the dashed underline to appear under both the “Button” text.
Hi! Has anybody encountered this behaviour? The bug occurs when i work on my external 27 inch 2k monitor. If i hide Figma UI using “cmd + /” shortcut my artwork looks crispy as it should. But when i hide Figma UI it looks like the content inside the work area gets a little shift for a half of a pixel and becomes blurry. Completely impossible to work and hurts my eyes. At the same time the UI panel contents (layers, pages, properties etc) are not affected by this bug. P.S. – I am using official Figma app for Mac os – The bug is reproducible on either fullscreen or windowed mode – I am completely sure the Pixel Preview feature is off 😃 – The resolution off external display is native (2560x1440)
Hey everyone, I’m currently working on button components and ran into something strange when using variables to control the visibility of icons. Here’s the issue: . I set up a button component where the icon visibility is managed using a variable. It works as expected for the medium and large sizes. You can see in the right-side panel under the Layer section that the show/icon variable is visible and adjustable. . However, when I switch the component to a smaller size like small or xsmall, the property seems to get detached. The variable show/icon no longer appears in the layer section of the side panel. . I’m not sure if I missed something during the setup or if this is potentially a bug. Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks! Additional Context: I’ve checked the component properties and layer structure, and everything seems to be in place. The only difference is the component size, which shouldn’t affect variable visibility as far as I know. Is anyone else experiencing this iss
Hello, Will the export adding 1px to widths and heights be solved? I saw other topics related to this issue (like this one: Export adds 1 pixel to widths and heights - #2 by Gleb) and I’m sure Figma’s team is aware of it, but is there any way this problem will be solved soon? When on my workflow, I don’t usually worry where and if I’m putting the frames on a non decimal number on the coordinates. Is there any way this will be solved, or for now I just need to check the coordinates everytime I export something? For me it’s an unnecessary added worry, not ideal when wanting to export things fastly and in bulk. Also, is there another way to check this faster that I’m not aware of? Thanks in advance! 🙂
I have a file that I’m working on that uses small pixel sizes in order to correspond to real world dimensions. In this file I’ve discovered an unexpected effect with the line height property for text – it appears that using a sub-pixel line height property leads to lines of text being snapped to the pixel grid, even though I have snap to pixel grid turned off. This leads to inconsistent spacing between lines of text. Does anyone know if this is expected behavior or how to turn this off?
Hi everyone! Two days ago, a window for a new version update popped up, I accepted it, and shortly after that, AVG antivirus threw a notification that Figma was infected with IDP.Generic. I uninstalled it from the system and reinstalled it from the official website, but it is still happening and I can’t use it. What should I do? Thank you in advance for your answer!
Hi, So as the title states, some of my frames, groups, object etc… has constraints flipped. For instance, (just as an example) a simple rectangle nested in a parent frame with left and top constraints is showing the blue lines for left and bottom - and acts accordingly on resizing. A simply thought would be that the main frame is flipped 180 degree; however, that is not the case. Two current ways fix this, for the items with the issues I click left and bottom and they now follow the rules for them to act left and top - although other items in the same parent item do not have the issue, thus confusingly have correct left and top constraints. Or, I remove the nested rectangle into a new fame, and voila, the issue acts no more. However, this is a pain for complex components, because the issue isn’t just hitting main frames, but has randomly hit inner nested items - so a circle in a box could be flipped, then the box itself could be fine, then that frame that sits in could be wrong. Very o
Has anyone experienced a weird bug where the autolayout align commands appear backwards to the expected result? I.e when I try to left align an autolayout it right aligns it instead. Also having issues with prototype previews within the same file. Wondering if it is a corrupt file or if others are having similar issues.
Can anyone tell me why the device mockup isn’t shown in the preview for export? I’ve already confirmed that the frame has the device selected.
Hey team! So I adapted a pretty cool interactive text box file/tut from Spencer Kelly, but Figma’s variables being as they are, there’s a lot of redundant work that you need to do if you’re going to show a lot of these text fields. Essentially, you need to have duplicated variables for each new text field, otherwise all fields will be edited simultaneously. In the screenshot above, you can see 4 columns, Input1-Input4. Spencer’s proto was well documented and had only Input1-3, and defined how to add more (Input4, 5, etc.) relatively quickly. The issue is my component is not seeing the new Input4 column. I have the Figma Professional plan (otherwise my additional modes/columns would be grayed out and limited to one), and have everything else working, ie the three text fields that already had the three columns), so unless I’m double-labeling and misunderstanding modes, can someone explain why I can’t see beyond those three Inputs?

I am experiencing a problem where rogue template slides that are not in the presentation are appearing as part of the exported PDF. They are not visible in the page view, but then when the PDF exports they are appearing in the PDF. Any ideas?
