Find solutions, get advice, help others.
Have been searching for solutions to this but cannot find any. Since moving to a newer Macbook Air 13.6 inch, fit width no longer actually fits width, nor does fill screen or fit to screen. I have a black border all around the prototype regardless of which setting I use for this. Any solutions or has anyone else had this issue? Using Chrome, using the web version of Figma, only change has been that my laptop has a newer screen size than before. Thanks
Hello, how do I apply The Disabled boolean property into each of these variants? Currently when I create a new component property , it says an error message of ‘Not Used Within Component’. I cant find a way to apply the created property to variant. Im stuck at this. Thanks!
Hi there, I have a problem with creating and applying a boolean property. I have a button that is created with nested components. I create a boolean property on the top level of a component to show an icon-only button variant. Still, when I want to apply it to the variants, it’s not visible there so I get an error that says the property is not used within a component. Does anybody have a similar problem? Screenshots attached.
With the interactive components, a variant can now have a tooltip. But unfortunately hover and clickactions are still mutual exclusive. I’m designing for a desktop application and having a tooltip per inputelement/button is crucial.
Im creating a prototype and would like to link to live pages on our site without having the User in the test have to see the “Leaving Figma Warning” page. My concern is that it takes it breaks the illusion of an actual experience. Is there a way remove this middle page from the experience?
I would very much like a feature to maintain the same width of items in an Autolayout with wrap - even when they are dynamic using “Filled” Ex. i have 3 items in autolayout with wrap on. Width is set to Filled Max width for items are 200 Min width for items are 100 My autolayout width is 300 = all items are on the same row I change autolayout width to 200 = items in 1st row are now 100px wide, Item 3 is pushed to a new row, but stays 100px wide
I have found several bugs while using the conditional logic. when I duplicate a page, all interactions with conditional logic are deleted on the duplicated page. when I copy and paste interactions with conditional logic, they do not work when I navigate to other frames within the conditional logic. The reference to the frames is lost even though they are correctly highlighted on the canvas when selected in the interactions overlay (sorry, a bit difficult to explain). I have to recreate the reference for each statement to make it work. Can anyone confirm the problems with the conditional logic?
Hi everyone, I have a Feed item component, in there I have a static header and a content placeholder (also a new component). I want to replace that content placeholder with a new component that has DIFFERENT height (along with color and text). Now, when I do select the placeholder and swap the components - the new component has everything except the height! The height is still higher from the original placeholder even though I set to hug content. Original file with all components. Here is how it looks when I swap instance: Here is the video of me showing the problem: MAIN GOAL:I just want that when I swap the placeholder, it changes to the new component (with the width, height and everything else...)
The Exchange database is popularly known as EDB. As it is evident from the name, this file format is the file format of Exchange Server. These files are difficult to access when stored in the local directory, and contrary to this, when users take Exchange Server backup, they get EDB. So, in this scenario, users need to convert EDB to another file format that must be accessible, and PST is the best option. But to convert EDB to PST, users were required to go through the manual method, which was so typical to follow. But nowadays, many professional tools are available in the market that can perform this task reliably for the users. One of them is Shoviv EDB to PST Converter tool; it has an interactive GUI and is laced with various features. Advantages of using Shoviv EDB to PST Converter: This tool accepts EDBs of any size and in any number irrespective of the fact that they are corrupt or just inaccessible. The private folders and public folders of the EDBs are converted to PST without
When I try organising my favourites in sections the projects always jump out of the folder.

Hello dear community, I have an illustration that looks like this: Unfortunately, it consists of several individual paths: Now I would like to transfer the visible red area to a single shape so that I end up with a clean and efficient SVG graphic. This means that all the individual paths should be merged into a single surface. The internal tools of Figma do not help me so far, because the individual paths remain and I could not find suitable plugins. (A plugin called “Really Flatten Vectors” actually does exactly what I need, but unfortunately it chops up the graphics). Do you have a solution?
Hello Figma Community, I’m encountering an issue in my Figma project related to the behavior of clickable objects when they are covered by another component variant. I’m seeking assistance to understand and resolve this problem. Problem: I have a Figma file where I’ve created a component that changes to a different variant on interaction. However, when this variant covers part of another object that was clickable before, I notice that the covered object remains clickable even though it’s not visible anymore. Expected Behavior: I expect that when the new component variant covers an area, the objects underneath it should not remain clickable. The covered objects should be effectively hidden from interaction until they are visible again. Steps Taken: I’ve checked the layer order to ensure the covering variant is on top. I’ve confirmed that the covering variant has an opaque fill. I’ve explored the interaction properties and settings but couldn’t find a direct solution. I’ve experimented w
