As a user, every time Figma Desktop has an update, i would like to know what this update consist of, whats new on this update? so that i can firmly update my software and get some feeling of rewards after update because i know what’s new on my software. Currently after update i didn’t see anything changes, so the update seems like doesn’t bring anything new (feeling useless).

Desktop app updates usually don’t bring new features, they are mostly background stability, performance and security improvements as well as updates to the newer versions of Chromium. You can always find info about updates here: https://releases.figma.com/, but not desktop app updates as this info is quite irrelevant to the user. Similar to how any browser updates.
