Possible bug: Paste in place is using old clipboard

SamuelHermoso

In a Mac, when copying something like an image or text outside Figma and pasting in place with Cmd + Shift V, it doesn’t use the updated clipboard. It pastes the previous one until Cmd + V is pushed and then paste in place works. Does this happen to you?

I’ve just reported the bug. The only way to solve it is pasting with cmd + v to update the clipboard in Figma and then cmd + Shift V works.

Since this is likely a bug, I would recommend you to report it to Figma support team via the bug report form.

Still happening (Win 11/Chrome)

Can confirm that the reported fix is not working for me. Using Chrome 116.0.5845.179 (Official Build) (arm64)on Mac OS Ventura 13.4.

Figma is the only application where this problem is occurring. A fresh restart did not work either.
