Plugin to export first-level frame links?

Hi! I need to get all first-level frame links, for documenting. Frame names would be bonus. Anybody know a way to achieve this quickly? Maybe some of the export plugins covers this? Thanks!

Figma Frames to CSV should work, but the exported CSV is empty.
