Have you ever duplicated a file to share a ‘clean’ version (without comments) with a client, coworker, boss, or other?

What if Figma comments allowed you to determine who can see your comments, leaving them invisible to other people shared on the file? As a PM at an agency, I consistently grapple with working between private files, and those shared with clients. It can be really hard to keep 2 similar files up to date, and keep track of where you should comment and where you shouldn’t.

An ‘invisible ink’ commenting system would solve my problem! Comment at teammates, determine who can see the comment, and keep the file clean for other important viewers and editors. Let me know what you think!
