Is this a bug, or am I dojg something wrong here?
Please try to scroll the prototype, it simply won’t stay scrolled, it automatically goes up again. The setting is Scroll with parent / Vertical. Is this a bug?

Your scrolling content is almost the same exact height as your scroll container. If you look closely, it does scroll up and down literally 1 px.
Adjust the height of that scroll container/frame so the content scrolls more. Or put the content in one if the parent frame is currently the scroll container.
