Forum looks unusual so far, but text size in the topics and comments (14 px) seems too small for me.

Looks like we can’t vote for features we want anymore (so i guess they’re going to be ignored even more?), and the contrast here just looks terrible on top of the small font

​@Celine_Figma, each time you log in to the forum, the user's forum account avatar changes to the Figma account avatar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to the forum using your Figma account;
2. Go to https://forum.figma.com/settings/profile;
3. Change the avatar by uploading an image that does not look like the Figma account avatar;
4. Save the changes;
5. Log out of the forum account;
6. Log in to the forum using the Figma account from step 1.

Expected result:
The forum account avatar should match the image uploaded in step 3 of the reproduction steps.

Actual result:
The forum account avatar does not match the image uploaded in step 3 of the reproduction steps, i.e. it was automatically changed to the Figma account avatar.

Wanted to edit my previous comment because I saw votes were coming later but I also can’t edit it?

Hover or click on the ellipsis icon (…) in the lower right corner of your post and select "Edit" item.

must be a bug then, the only links i get are if it wasnt my own comment, but it does appear on my other comment

Feature requests:

1. Push notifications.
2. RSS feeds by categories/tags/users.
3. Improving the reply/quote system. It is currently impossible to tell which post was being responded to without quoting. It is also not possible to go to the original post via a quote.
4. Improving search results. Display more than just the first post in search results. Search topics/posts by username (aka @mention).
5. Styling viewed (visited) topics. Add a style for visited links (the :visited CSS pseudo-class).
6. Drafts. Add the ability to save drafts for new topics/posts so that they can be edited and/or published later.
7. Ability to delete your own posts.
8. Deleting a forum account from settings.

The editing option is available for 60 minutes from the moment the post is published.

Hi Figma Team,

Thanks for the new forum! It looks very great, but after just five minutes of using it, I noticed some big UX issues:

1. Lost Account
   I lost my old account, even if use the same mail, I couldn’t access to it and had to create a new one, which is really annoying. (My old account still exist).

2. Confusing Topic Creation
   I usually come to the forum to ask questions or suggest features. I was surprised to see that the firsts options are “Question” or “Conversation.” Why is the category hidden after the description? It’s very important! A suggestion isn’t a question or a conversation. Choosing a category first would make things much clearer !

3. Too Little Content on Screen
   There isn’t enough content visible on the screen. The line height for topics is too big, and on desktop, I can only see about five posts at a time. Previously it was much more compact.

4. No Voting on Feature Ideas
   Before, we could vote on feature suggestions and easily see what was popular. Now that feature is missing.

Overall, the new design looks nicer, but the user experience feels worse (for my usage). In hope you will continue to bring improvements to the new forum, Matteo.
