Hi everyone,I’m a bit confused about a recent charge and hoping someone from the Figma team (or the community) can clarifyI cancelled my full seat subscription before the renewal date, and my team is now on the Viewer (free) plan. I also no longer have access to billing settings or any paid features.However, on April 27, I received an invoice and noticed an automatic payment attempt from Figma.This doesn’t make sense to me because:• I cancelled the subscription in advance  • the account is already on the free plan and i had only 500 free ai credits with a limit of 150 credits per day• I didn’t add any seats  • since i changed my seat from full seat to viewer I haven’t used any paid features and undoubtedly i didn’t had them at all • I don’t believe I have any outstanding balance  Could someone please help clarify:1) why my subscription was not cancelled  even after multiple attempts, and even if i received an ema

Hi! :) I submitted my Figma plugin Tokenry about 17 days ago, and it’s still in review. Just wanted to check if this is expected, or if there might be something wrong on my end. Plugin link:https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1612136415712068154/tokenry It’s a design token generator that helps create variables, semantic tokens, and dev-ready structures in Figma. I haven’t received any feedback or requests for changes so far, so I’m a bit unsure if:  it’s just a long queue or if something might be blocking the review  Has anyone experienced similar wait times recently? And is there anything I should do (or check) while waiting? Really appreciate any insight 🙏

I have encountered an issue which is quite annoying. Sometimes instances in the design disappear. It usually happens with nested components but the annoying thing is that it is hard to predict when and how that would happen which makes it hard to find a solution to address the problem.As of today I have found, through some comments in the Figma forum, a temp solution which works arbitrarily: click on “Regenerate all instances (slow)” option in the cmd+k panel.Is there something else that can be done?Can Figma address the problem? The big issue there is that collaborators/stakeholders who do not have edit permissions on the files cannot execute the action to regenerate instances so they see half empty frames and cannot do anything about this.

Wondering if anyone else is seeing this or if it might be a bug?When I use the “T” hotkey to enter text, it used to switch back to the move/selection cursor if I clicked elsewhere on the canvas. Now it stays stuck on the text tool, so clicking off doesn’t exit it, and even pressing “V” just types a “v” into the text field instead of switching back to the cursor. I have to manually click on the move/selection tool to switch back. I’ve tried updating and hard restarting my computer, but no luck. This does not occur on the web version. It is very disruptive to my workflow and would appreciate any help.

Hi support team,I am unable to publish a FigJam widget that I developed. I had removed two-factor authentication, then re-enabled it after being prompted last week. Despite confirming that two-factor authentication is enabled and signing in with email and password (not SSO), I’m still receive the error when trying to publish the widget: 'We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.' I also tried resetting their password, but the issue persists.I had reached out to support multiple times via email but still haven’t heard back from them. My case number is 1868812. Could someone from the Figma team please help me verify my account and remove this restriction so I can continue publishing? Thank you!

When trying to use an arrow from an element to its closest, arrow would ignore it and connect to the next one instead.

Text weirdly breaks within words when scaling a textfield. It’s plain text with no editing or line breaks, however text breaks within words or lines.Anyone else having this problem?

Hello Figma Support team, I’m experiencing an issue where I’m repeatedly asked to complete a captcha while using Figma, even during very minimal activity. Yesterday I exported several files from my account as a precaution before my Education plan expired. Since then, Figma has started triggering captchas very frequently. Today, even exporting a single frame causes a captcha challenge. I’ve already tried the following: restarting the app and logging out/in switching networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data) using the desktop app and browser (including mobile) However, the issue persists. Could you please check if my account or IP has been flagged by mistake and help remove this restriction? Hey all,I’m suddenly unable to edit any text layers in Figma, across all files, pages, and even brand new files—affecting both my main and secondary accounts.What’s happening: Double-click and “Enter” don’t let me edit text—not in place, not in the side panel. Typography controls (font, size, etc.) are greyed out for every text layer I select. I can move/resize elements, change color, and create new shapes just fine. This started suddenly, across both Figma browser and desktop app. What I’ve already tried: Checked layer is NOT locked, not a component, and not a nested/grouped selection. Hello,I recently noticed that I was charged $124.47 on my Figma invoice, and I was quite surprised by the amount.I wasn’t aware that adding or having multiple seats would increase the billing this way, and I couldn’t clearly see this information while using the product. I only intended to use Figma with two people, but it seems that additional seats were activated without me realizing the cost impact.As soon as I noticed this, I reduced the number of seats.Would it be possible to review this charge and provide a partial refund or credit for the extra seats that were added unintentionally?Thank you for your understanding.

When I use the AI functionality to translate the slide deck - the entire formatting of the original text style get’s lost. The fonts turn our really big and the entire layout collapses because of this. 

My company’s Figma account was suspended and we've been reaching out to our account manager to resolve but no one is responding. This is a major problem as many of our teams are blocked from doing their work. We’re working towards a major presentation tomorrow and this poses a significant risk.

Hey Figma team,I wanted to report a problem that’s been bugging our team for the past few months. We have an Icon Library in our design system, as well as a separate glyph library. These icons are used in different sizes across the product (16px, 24px, etc.). The master components of each icon and glyph contain elements which are all set to ‘scale’.However, within our larger components, whenever we want to swap an instance of an icon with a different one from our library, the scaling (of dimensions, stroke width, and border radius) is not properly applied, resulting in a broken view. One example is:We have a nested icon component scaled to 16x16px; We replace the instance with another icon from either library (original component of which is 24x24 but all elements set to scale) and expect it to scale properly to the 16x16 dimensions. I have been waiting to upgrade to the newest version of Figma UI. I have signed into Figma on a number of browsers. My colleagues have all been upgraded. Its now a year since the UI upgrade and I am going round in circles in an attempt to upgrade. What do I do?

Hey team, I’ve been facing this issue for a long time now. The typeface “Figtree” does support the ₹ glyph, but the version of Figtree that Figma is using doesn’t seem to support it. Because of this, I installed Figtree on my local machine. As per this article, fonts installed locally should take priority, but in this case, Figma’s default font is still taking precedence.When I use the Figma desktop app, the ₹ glyph is not supported, but when I switch to Figma on the web, the ₹ symbol appears correctly. Am I missing something here, or is this a bug on Figma’s end?

I have a paid account and I’m trying to connect to Dev Mode from my Figma Sites project in order to access MCP and export my work. I don’t see the dev mode icon, nor a way to export via MCP. Can anyone guide me to a solution?
