The insert menu in Sites is empty apart from Embeds. There used to be starter blocks which were helpful for non design folk on the team to whip together wireframes. Are these coming back or is it a bug? For context Were on the enterprise plan. Have tried existing and creting a new site file. Have tried in desktop and browser version of the app.

I am trying to change my account to a student account after switching from teacher to a student in an App Development bootcamp. I am having trouble finding a way to switch. When I try to verify, it tells me I am already verified when I click “Get verified”.

I have published 3 sites now using Figma sites. They are all active and accessible...with one major problem… If the user types the name of the site without the www. in front (say they type site.com and hit enter)… there is no redirect automatically enabled and the user gets an “unsecure site” error message. I believe this should be covered automatically by Figma and the automatic SSL… but until such time, I’m wondering if there are DNS settings I need to add to cover this issue. Thanks,

In the Figma Android app, the standard back-swipe gesture (swiping from the left edge of the screen) does not navigate to the previous frame (or page) but instead closes the prototype entirely. On Android, the back-swipe is a very common and intuitive way to navigate back. This is a problem in user tests, since users may instinctively use the gesture to navigate and accidentally close the prototype. In browsers the back function works as expected.

Previous highly conveinient way to resize an element into grid increments (multiple of 8 for instance), is to click and drag on the “W” and “H” of the dimension settings, while holding shift. This is not possible anymore?

When switch modes (‘desktop’ to ‘mobile’) all ‘link’ text resets to the default. Im using a text string to control the modes. Hi Context I am currently trying to understand the detachment rate of our buttons and I’m using Figma analytics for that purpose. Problem At the moment when selecting the button component that was detached 4 times in the last 60 days, to see which variants where more detached, I only see that 1 variant was detached once. So there is a disconnect between the 4 button detaches and the 1 variant detached. — Image attached Help Can anyone help me understand what might be the issue causing this disconnect in the detachment number? As title says: I’m using Figma to create a library of assets and stickers to use with Figjam, more suited for collaborative work. An issue I noticed is that the colors varies when imported into figjam. It’s like the colors have lost some saturation. It really looks like one of those conversions from RGB to CMYK. Hi guys, Figma didn’t really used to be like this, but now it feels very laggy and has a huge delay between the user’s action and the result. Even a simple drag has a huge delay, I attached a video, check the time distance between the mouse dragging and when the dragging actually occurs. It’s ridiculous. Is there a way to solve this? EDIT: the lag is not actually in the movement itself, it’s in SELECTING THE ELEMENT. If the element is selected, it moves nice and smooth while dragging, but after clicking an element it literally takes almost a second for it to get selected. I’m not sure how to show that in a video, but it’s insane how annoying this is becoming. Thank you :)

I have new user. She is not showing up in my team and billing group, yet I cant add her because I'm told she's already in. Therefore she cant edit og make new files

I have mistakenly deleted all the draft and team files form the figma file at the time of ownership transfer. how can I have that please suggest

When uploading images through bulk via XLSX the image quality appears very blurred inside Figma Buzz, even though the photograph quality is high initially. Would be great if someone can help my understand why this may be happening? TIA

www.lindaevansdesign.com My site was publishing / viewing in production with no issues last week. Something has changed in that the image marquees are now clipped to ¾ of the page width. I’ve checked the component frame settings for fill vs fixed, and played around with a few other things on parent/child frames within the component but nothing is changing. I’ve checked the page with inspect but it’s not clear to me what’s happening from the code. Can anyone please shine a light on this? The original template I used was the ‘modern brand design studio’ supplied in figma sites.

Hi! My company has been having trouble getting ahold of someone at Figma and we are not thrilled with the support bot. We would like to talk with a human about our plan accidentally being bumped up to the wrong plan. It's been two weeks since the config event, and I still don't have access to Figma Make — neither on my free account nor on my paid account. Could you let me know how much longer it will take, especially for paid seats?

You currently have DUPLICATE in one menu which is the left panel under the document name. No where else. I use this action quite a bit and it’s weird that it’s not in multiple places, especially for CONTROL + CLICK on all instances of the file.

When having to force line breaks on centre aligned copy, is it possible to ignore the space character, Currently the centring takes the space into account which make the text appear not centred. There might be a scenario where people want space characters to be taken into account (although I have never come across that in the last 20 years in the industry.) So if you want to keep the current behaviour, maybe we can have a option to turn it off in the paragraph setting? With forced line break without forced lined break, space character gets ignored

I have subscribed to 3 Dev Seats only however it has been changed to Full seat on the next billing. Is there a way to downgrade it without having additional charges?

While attempting to manage components for use in our Figma Slides Templates, we’ve found that you’re essentially unable to view the layers panel unless they are moved into a slide, which then means this “components” slide is surfaced as a Slide Page Template. Steps to reproduce: Enter Design Mode Create a component with multiple variants defined (icons with multiple variants) Enter the Grid View Drag the Master Component with variants off a slide into the stage. Notice the Layers panel disappears. Expected behavior: I should be able to house master components, variants, etc without publishing them. Ideally this is a self contained canvas for organizational purposes, but even if they simply live on the stage, these layers should behave like all layers regardless of context. The Layers panel should appear.

I’m encountering an issue where the content gets truncated after exporting to PDF. Adobe Acrobat displays the following error: “The dimensions of the page are out of range. Page content might be truncated.” Has anyone come across a similar issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
