Invalid video was removed / Error uploading video

I’ve been having issues uploading videos for the past few days. The ‘Invalid video was removed / Error uploading video’ line pops up every time. I’m using Figma Desktop app on Mac, and the file isn’t in drafts. I’m using a Professional account, only logged in to that account. I’ve also tried logging on to the web version on Chrome and Safari

I’ve been uploading videos to the same file for the past year, all created in After Effects - 1080x1920, H264 around 10mb/20mb per video. It works when I upload a video one-by-one, but stops after 5 uploads, then pops up with the error message ‘error uploading video. please try again’ or ‘invalid video was removed’. 
 

I’ve tried every solution so i’m open to anything
