We are experiencing the same issue with SF Pro.In our case, SF Pro is uploaded to our Figma Organization Fonts, so everyone should be using the same cloud-hosted font files. This means that a mismatch between different locally installed font versions is unlikely to be the cause.The letter spacing becomes visually tighter than expected, even though the font, font weight, text style, and letter-spacing values remain unchanged. The text can appear different after selecting the layer or entering text-edit mode.We experienced essentially the same issue a couple of years ago. It was later fixed, but it appears to have returned during the past two weeks.We have not changed our typography setup, text styles, font files, or the way the font is distributed for several years. The issue started appearing again without any changes on our side, so this looks like a regression in Figma’s text rendering or layout caching rather than a problem with the font itself.Could the Figma team investigate this

Hi there, I set up a comprehensive Brand Kit  for Figma make but I can't seem to publish it. I've been trying for the past couple of weeks with no luck.I even duplicated it and tried publishing it from a brand new file, but I still get the same error message every time.Has anyone come across this before or knows what might be causing it? Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to formally request a refund for the charge made to my card for the month of July.My account (redacted PII - DJV 7/21/26) was completely deleted on June 30th, 2026. I received the official confirmation email from Figma stating: "Tu cuenta ha terminado de borrarse" on that same date (June 30th).Since the account was fully closed and deleted prior to July, this charge is incorrect. Please process the refund to my card as soon as possible.I have attached the screenshot of the deletion confirmation email for your reference.

I would like to raise ticket with figma billing team as I am unable to purchase a monthly figma license for my team. I keep getting this error. “Sorry, we are unable to save your payment method. Please refresh and try again.”

I want to purchase Figma monthly subscription with my Indian debit card but it shows  'Payment declined, please use another card' error message. I have tried three different active, non-expired cards with sufficient funds, but the issue persists. My work has been halted because of this. Please resolve this problem ASAP.

Why am I not able to delete this flow? I’ve clicked on the flow, but it won’t show me the flow starting point. I’ve been able to delete other flows by clicking the “-” on the flow starting point, but not this one.

Hello! The main component property settings keep disappearing.For example, if you set the property to name =beta, size = laserㄴ and double-click the left panel, it only remains beta, size = laser. Or it only remains beta.There are 4 team members, but more than 2 are experiencing the same problem. Of course, I will proceed with all the tests below and submit the report.I've tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling pygma desktops,using pygma web services, logging in using other PC,and cross testing Windows OS & Mac OS, but it still doesn't work…!!!!!Is this happening with Figma in browser and desktop apps? → YES!!!!!! Hi Figma Team,I am experiencing a critical issue when exporting frames containing Right-to-Left (RTL) languages, specifically Hebrew, to PDF.While any English words within the text box remain perfectly selectable and searchable in the final PDF, all Hebrew characters become completely unselectable. It appears they are either being flattened into vector shapes or losing their text encoding during the export process.This is a major blocker for localized designs, especially for resumes and documents that need to pass through automated screening tools (ATS) or simply require selectable text.Could you please look into how the PDF engine encodes RTL/Hebrew text strings upon export?Thank you!

Hello Figma Support,I’m reaching out because our team lost access to a Figma project after removing a user from our Professional plan.The project is no longer visible to any team admin in the file browser, All Projects, Trash, deleted files, or Unassigned drafts. However, when we try to open the direct link, we receive an access error. Hello I was reaching out to see if I can get refund on my previous charges for Figma subscription from March-July on my account. I had a final project for my university class due in May and we were required to use Figma. Our University provides us with Figma service to help cover the cost for education related services which I was unaware Figma was one of them of at the time, but I used a free trial and paid for two months of the trial initially until spoke to my professor about the how financially I couldn't keep paying for the service and then found out through the school I was granted the service. I canceled the subscription back in February and made a new account with my groupmates. Recently I was going through my email and saw I was still getting charged for the subscription even thought it states I have a free plan and I canceled it already. I'm confused what is going on and as a student can’t afford for these charges and hoping I could get a refund on them.I really would appreci

Prototypes embedded in Figma Slides no longer allow full vertical scrolling during presentation, even though vertical scrolling works correctly when the prototype is played directly. This appears to be a regression, as the same slides and prototypes worked previously. Whats happening: In the past, I’ve been able to embed interactive prototypes into Figma Slides and present them with full vertical scrolling enabled.Today, I created a new slide deck and added a prototype, but the vertical canvas scroll does not work as expected during slide presentation, despite working correctly when the prototype is played on its own.After noticing this, I went back and checked older slide decks where this behavior previously worked, and I’m now seeing the same scrolling issue there as well. Current behaviour for me:Scrolling only works within the initial height that was loaded when the slide was presented. Every time some pop up I have to manually remove then and that’s been nagging at me. I am my company DS head and have never prompted this, nor have been asked to consent. I’m testing out Figma Motion to make a glorified presentation (I know, very original). But when I play the prototype, every time a frame that has motion on it appears next, its normal appearance shows first, then fades in with the motion I added, as intended. This is creating a flickering effect while trying to present. This flickering doesn’t happen while in Motion mode, so I’m assuming it has something to do with the way motion frames and layers show up in prototype mode. I’d appreciate tips and/or a fix on this, Figma!Is this flickering with presentation mode with Figma Motion happening for anyone else?Secondly, I want to request that frames with Motion can be turned off in presentation mode. This would be a great option for when I am just testing things out and don’t want to present just yet. Or when I want to make sure storyboards and frames flow well before getting distracted by the motion. Would others appreciate a toggle to turn Motion on and off in Present mode?(That second re

Expected behaviourI have an Icon Button component that uses a Slot for its icon, with variants for press state and such. I made a new component set for a Chat Input, with different variants that change on interacting with the Icon Button (such as type, voice etc), so its a nested component in the Chat Input component set. So when I click an icon button with the icon keyboard, the variant in chat input should change to the typing version of the input box. So in this input box, there is an icon button with mic icon, which is there incase the user wants to switch back to voice mode.Instead of displaying the mic icon defined in the target variant, the slotted icon (keyboard) from the previous state persists and overrides it. To be clear, a Mic button incorrectly displays a Keyboard icon, and replacing the Keyboard icon with a different icon causes that new icon to appear across variants as well. I had a strange glitch happen right after a Figma update - when I re-named two files I was working in (getting organized right before I did the final export for a project that had been going on for 9 months), one file refreshed right before my eyes and became duplicated content of the other. (so both are now my draft file content and my final flow is just gone. I have done every thing the chat bots have had me try, and its just gone. I mean you can delete a file and still access for 30 days. It has to be somewhere. But not even getting a response for 10 days … im wroried this flie is going to be gone forever I can’t even get someone to open my ticket.  I have left updates - I am at a loss

The last sentence typed or copied starts appearing repeatedly across the screen, as if a "Ctrl + V" command were being triggered continuously.This behavior only happens during canvas movement. As soon as the movement stops, the "pasting" effect ceases.This bug directly impacts workflow, making Figma unusable in Firefox and forcing a switch to other browsers.Steps to Reproduce Open Figma in Firefox. Access any file. Type or copy any text string. Move the canvas using the cursor (pan). Observe that the text is repeatedly "pasted" or rendered across the screen during the movement.

Hi Figma team,The use_figma (write to canvas) tool is no longer appearing in my MCP tool list, and I'm blocked on active design work.My setup:- Client: Claude (claude.ai) with the official remote MCP server (https://mcp.figma.com/mcp)- Seat: Full seat, organization admin (confirmed in admin settings)- File permission: edit access (I'm the file owner)- Figma desktop app open with the target design file in the active tabWhat works:- All read tools work against the same file in the same session: get_design_context, get_metadata, get_screenshot, get_variable_defsWhat doesn't:- use_figma is completely absent from the tool list — it never appears, so any write-to-canvas action is impossibleSteps I've already tried:- Removed and re-added the Figma connector, re-authenticated via OAuth- Started fresh sessions after reconnecting- Confirmed the design file is in the active tab of the desktop app before starting a session- Verified Full seat and edit permissionImportant: use_figma worked normally

When using an element as a pattern source, the pattern currently doesn’t respond to variables applied to that source - for example, if the source element uses color variables that switch between light and dark mode, the pattern doesn’t update when the consuming frame changes modes. It seems the pattern references only the visible state of the source rather than the variable-driven values.It would be great if patterns could follow the variables applied to their source, so that they update correctly with light and dark modes.

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with a mobile navbar component.The component has two variants: Default (hamburger icon) and Open (with menu links).On my mobile frame, I set the variant to "Open" so I can select the links and add "Scroll to" interactions to specific anchors on the page. If I leave the component in the "Open" state and preview, the links work perfectly, but the menu is obviously open as soon as the page loads. If I change the component back to "Default" so the user has to click to open it, the "Scroll to" links I set up no longer work once the menu opens in the prototype.It seems like the variant switch is "wiping" my instance overrides for the links. Is there a way to keep these specific scroll interactions while still using the variant toggle?
