“Ready for dev” status stays green after a component is updated

Previously, when a component marked as “Ready for dev” was modified, the status icon in the top-right corner of the component changed from green to yellow to show that it had changed since being marked ready.

Now the icon stays green whether the component has been updated or not, so there is no visual cue that a “Ready for dev” component has changed since it was marked.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Toggle “Ready for dev” on for a component.
2. Make a change to that component.
3. Check the status icon in the top-right corner of the component.

Expected: The icon turns yellow to indicate the component has changed since it was marked ready.
Actual: The icon remains green.

Is this change intentional, or is it a bug? The yellow indicator helped developers tell which components needed a re-review.
