I’m Melissa on the Figma Product Support Team. I’m one of the founding teammates of our ✨EMEA SUPPORT TEAM ✨ and I def already recognize some names in here!

I currently live in Haarlem, the Netherlands, but I’m a Michigander at heart, and will gladly show you on my hand where I’m from!

I spend my free time outside of Figma learning languages (right now Dutch and Korean, maybe also Mandarin??), traveling when it’s allowed, singing, hanging out with my three dogs, flexing my own design muscles, and checking out the world of UX writing and conversation design.

I’ve also lived previous lives as a UX designer, an ESL / EFL teacher, and a linguist.
