I opened a support ticket numbered #1572460 on Figma 7 days ago, but we haven’t received a response from anyone at Figma yet. Is there any way to get a reply from the support team?

In our organization, we have a Design System created in Figma and is used to develop applications in Web technologies and also in Microsoft WPF.The WPF team created a tool that access the API to get variables and create a ResourceDictionarys from them.Now the DS needed to got through a major restructuring of the variables, thus their names have changed but IDs stayed the same (no variables were deleted, and almost no new variables added) - a process that took about 6 months to complete.We tried to get the old variables via https://api.figma.com/v1/files/:file_key/variables/local?version=222…. (222. is the old version) in order to compare it with the current version in order to know which variables changed their names and what are the new names.What we see is that we get the same, current, variables in both calls.A year ago, or so, providing parameter of version would return the variables at that version.Was this feature deprecated?Is there an alternative way to get variables of a speci

I want to create a design system (a set of reusable UI elements like buttons, colors, icons, etc.) in Figma. How can I organize it and publish it so that when I make changes to a component, it automatically updates in all the Figma files that use it?

Whenever I try to reference Figma, I always seem to get this error: Sorry, your request failed. Please try again. Reason: Request Failed: 400 {"error":{"message":"missing required Copilot-Vision-Request header for vision requests","code":""}} I’ve tried switching versions, Im using co-pilot and VS Code any ideas?

I’ve been using the embed feature to add my prototype to a website. It was working at first on both Wix and Squarespace (but I honestly don’t think it’s the website that is the issue), showing the prototype and frames for a specific page (desktop, mobile, and tablet). Everything interactable and working fine.But for some reason, when I go to copy the embed code (because I was changing background color and whatnot), the code is different and instead embeds the entire design file.I have been manually going in to the page, selecting the starting frame, presenting, and sharing/copying it from there, which has worked for me until recently. Now, it displays the first page of my design file, giving the option to change between pages - which I don’t want to show.I’ve tried embedding from different pages, but the code is still the sameInitial embed code (for desktop home page): <iframe style="border: 1px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1);" width="450" height="400" src="https://embed.figma.com/proto/p

Love the new grid layout, but will we be able to apply variables to gap values like we can in horizontal and vertical layout?

Basically the title; other links display image previews, but other links do not such as product sites or google image links prefixed with https://share.google/ - only the link is visible. Is there any workaround for this?

My account has been suspended and i would like to know why and somehow fix that because it's my main work and study account and i really need to access them. I think it is a mistake. Please provide me some details on this issue.

I have a question. Right now, I don’t know when I was upgraded to a full seat. I had already paid annually for the Professional package, which actually includes 1 full seat and 1 admin. But now it has become 2 full seats. I’ve already received the invoice and my credit card has been charged. If I downgrade seat back to admin now, will there be any issue? Also, what should I do in this case, since I only use Dev Mode?I would also like to ask about the payment. Since my credit card has already been charged, will the amount be refunded with only the cost of the period I actually used deducted 

Interactive icons flicker when pressing anywhere else on the page. I created link to a slide menu overlay and it happened the moment I created it. A bug?It has to be.But,having a confirmation would be useful. I’m on the desktop version. Will try online and see if it is fixed. But, any thoughts in the meantime.

Hello, dear experts, can you tell me how to preserve zoom when switching between frames or sections?Currently, when I switch, Figma reduces the zoom, which is very inconvenient when I zoom in on the workspace every time. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, I’m a beginner, but I’ve recently noticed a problem. I made a presentation in Figma Design and tried to copy the slides into Figma Slides. However, after many attempts and restarts, it just keeps showing “Copying slides over…” and never finishes. I have alredy tried to make simple “presentation” slides from templates and just use blank frames without anything…still does not work. And I have alredy tried to switch between app and two browsers. I am using Mac M1 Pro 

When are content seats going to be available? Really want to use Figma Buzz but it’s not worth it yet as it’s not worth it for our team without the seats.

Hi. I recently got suspended on figma and email them serveral times. The problem is that they can suspended you any time without any notice. On suspension you cant access you files. Community tell us its save to upload the files on figma means all years of efforts lost in seconds. First they give you free access now the locked your account after that now they suspended and hold your files.

I recently got suspended after ticket support they said After review, your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, due to violations of our Terms of Service, we are unable to reinstate the account. after that i email them atleast give my files back and  figma now own the files my 5 years of work at there with complete portfolio were busted. its like you want to destroy someone life work. i will never trust again on figma 

I previously had a Figma account registered with my old company email address . Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email since I’ve left the company.After the recent Figma update, the login process now requires an access code sent to the registered email. Because I can’t receive that code, I’m completely locked out of my Figma account.As a result, I’ve lost access to all my design files and projects, which are critical for my ongoing work. I’m currently working on this picker area. I created one component set so I can switch between exercises 01–08.However, I’m not sure how to make the timer work together with it. I know that you can’t create an actual countdown timer inside Figma, but what I need is to show the timer state for each exercise.For example:01 — Calves — 04:00 Remaining02 — Hamstrings — 03:30 RemainingEach exercise has a duration of 30 seconds.How can I make this work so that when I click on “02 — Hamstrings,” the displayed countdown also changes to “03:30,” just to demonstrate to the developer how it’s supposed to function?​​​​​​
