Why I don't have figma AI tool after one year? How should I get it?

AI available on all paid plans. What plan do you use?

I using free plan but I heard that ai tool is free

I’ve bought a plan ‘Full Seat’ and still don't see the UI 12 hours after purchase 

 

Click the Actions button, AI features should be there

Here’s what might be going on and how to fix it:

• Figma AI features are only available on paid plans now; they’re no longer part of the free‑beta access.

• Also, your seat type matters: only “Full” seats get access to AI in Design.

• If you’re working in a team or org, check whether the AI toggle is enabled in your admin settings — sometimes it’s turned off for specific teams/workspaces.

If you're on a paid plan and still don’t see it, try looking under the “Actions” menu in the toolbar - that's where AI tools should appear. And if all else fails, reach out to Figma Support - they can check whether your account is eligible for AI.
