Hello,I had set up my file to prevent others from copying, downloading and exporting but now I can't access any of these options  How do I undo it please 

    My specific use case is this: I’m using figma to design yearbook spreads for our school’s yearbook. Instead of manually adding each photo for staff/student photos, I figured there must be a way to automate this.    So I made a component that I could use many times for staff and student pictures, which included text (the name of the person in the photo) and a picture. Instead of going into fill → photo → import from computer, I thought there must be a way to automate it even further. I found a plugin called “google sheets sync” that allows me to read data off of a google sheet and automatically put it in the component instances. I also made a google apps script that reads the folder where the photos are stored in google drive, parses the the file name to find the name of the person in the photo, and creates a link to that photo that can be accessed by anyone/thing. Running Free version in Chrome on Android.I've built an audio recorder but when I run it, it says I need to grant permission for the 'embedded page' to use the microphone. I've set Chrome to 'ask every time' but figma didn't ask, it just tells me to grant permission. How do I grant permission?

I have several components that I need to let users freely add their own content to certain sections. Currently, the only way I can find to do this is to create a blank area and have the user place a frame of their own on top, ignoring the parent frame’s auto layout. Instead, I want them to be able to drag their own content into an editable frame within my component so that the component will resize based on their added content.The most commonly recognizable example of this is a modal component. I want to have the same header, footer, and frame on all components but I want to leave a space in the body area for the user to put anything they want. I’ve seen the slot swap idea but that only works if I have a hand full of pre-made configurations. In my modal component, I have no idea what the end user (the designer) might dream up. They might have a form, they might need a paragraph on top or a table or an image or two, etc. I want to let them do that without breaking the component itself.

I have made a simple spinning micro animation component and use instances of it on several frames. the animation works fine on each frame but when transitioning between frames it freezes. Hi Figma team and community,I submitted a billing support ticket (#1583127) about 14 hours ago regarding an accidental annual renewal charge, but haven’t received any response yet.  This is quite urgent since it involves a $504 payment that I did not intend to make.Here’s the summary:- Issue type: Billing / refund request (annual plan renewal)- Ticket number: #1583127- Time submitted: 14 hours agoFor context — I accidentally got charged for the annual plan renewal ($500) because I misunderstood the renewal date.  I no longer run my business and had no intention of renewing the plan.  As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately submitted a refund request through the chatbot and followed up by email.I’ll be on a flight in about 12 hours and won’t be able to respond or take any action for the following 15 hours after that.  **Please treat this as extremely urgent and process the refund as soon as possible.**  I strongly urge the team to prioritize this case before my flight if possible

Hi, I noticed that the AI button is gone when I open Figma today, and I can’t find the “Add relevant content” feature when hovering over a Frame. Has this feature been removed or relocated?

Hi.  I wonder how to make page that has gradual view of everything. That you scroll and see more.Or to make some kind of menu, that is moving and you don’t see enerything at once. That is not static page or menu. Hope I describe it enough. 

When flicking through the deck, I like to be able to maintain a consistent review point between slides. I normally design with a bit of space around each page, so when I’ve zoomed out a bit on one slide, what happens when I flick to the next page is that Figma automatically zooms to fit the page. This makes reviews quite difficult when you’re used to being able to fix the zoom setting in other programs. Fingers crossed this is something that can be amended, any help would be much appreciated! 

i need to fix some particular screens, but i cant find a way to select just one screen 

 I’m creating a screen in which the content under the upper section scrolls vertically until the end of the content. The vertical scrolling works, but the problem is that there’s a small pocket of space above the content that makes it scroll more than needed. This negative space isn’t in the content, nor in the frame, and I really don’t know where it comes from.  

I opened a support ticket numbered #1572460 on Figma 7 days ago, but we haven’t received a response from anyone at Figma yet. Is there any way to get a reply from the support team?

In our organization, we have a Design System created in Figma and is used to develop applications in Web technologies and also in Microsoft WPF.The WPF team created a tool that access the API to get variables and create a ResourceDictionarys from them.Now the DS needed to got through a major restructuring of the variables, thus their names have changed but IDs stayed the same (no variables were deleted, and almost no new variables added) - a process that took about 6 months to complete.We tried to get the old variables via https://api.figma.com/v1/files/:file_key/variables/local?version=222…. (222. is the old version) in order to compare it with the current version in order to know which variables changed their names and what are the new names.What we see is that we get the same, current, variables in both calls.A year ago, or so, providing parameter of version would return the variables at that version.Was this feature deprecated?Is there an alternative way to get variables of a speci

I want to create a design system (a set of reusable UI elements like buttons, colors, icons, etc.) in Figma. How can I organize it and publish it so that when I make changes to a component, it automatically updates in all the Figma files that use it?

Whenever I try to reference Figma, I always seem to get this error: Sorry, your request failed. Please try again. Reason: Request Failed: 400 {"error":{"message":"missing required Copilot-Vision-Request header for vision requests","code":""}} I’ve tried switching versions, Im using co-pilot and VS Code any ideas?

How do I add hair to a cat drawing? Is there a plugin for that?

I’ve been using the embed feature to add my prototype to a website. It was working at first on both Wix and Squarespace (but I honestly don’t think it’s the website that is the issue), showing the prototype and frames for a specific page (desktop, mobile, and tablet). Everything interactable and working fine.But for some reason, when I go to copy the embed code (because I was changing background color and whatnot), the code is different and instead embeds the entire design file.I have been manually going in to the page, selecting the starting frame, presenting, and sharing/copying it from there, which has worked for me until recently. Love the new grid layout, but will we be able to apply variables to gap values like we can in horizontal and vertical layout?

Basically the title; other links display image previews, but other links do not such as product sites or google image links prefixed with https://share.google/ - only the link is visible. Is there any workaround for this?

My account has been suspended and i would like to know why and somehow fix that because it's my main work and study account and i really need to access them. I think it is a mistake. Please provide me some details on this issue.

I have a question. Right now, I don’t know when I was upgraded to a full seat. I had already paid annually for the Professional package, which actually includes 1 full seat and 1 admin. But now it has become 2 full seats. I’ve already received the invoice and my credit card has been charged. If I downgrade seat back to admin now, will there be any issue? Also, what should I do in this case, since I only use Dev Mode?I would also like to ask about the payment. Since my credit card has already been charged, will the amount be refunded with only the cost of the period I actually used deducted 

Interactive icons flicker when pressing anywhere else on the page. I created link to a slide menu overlay and it happened the moment I created it. A bug?It has to be.But,having a confirmation would be useful. I’m on the desktop version. Will try online and see if it is fixed. But, any thoughts in the meantime.
